I read a lot of the material here, and have actually been doing PE lightly for a little while (maybe two months or so), but I feel I have a somewhat strange situation; I can get maybe 10 or so good jelqs in if I'm lucky before I cross the threshold of "too hard" to jelq safely (at least for a beginner), then I have to basically quit for a minute or so to allow it to recede, then start all over again...Stretching is difficult for the same reason, but even more so because I read you should stretch at as low an erection level as possible. This might be due to nofap which I think really increased my sex drive, which I am loving, but it makes PE difficult.
Is it ok to keep jelqing on and off like this throughout the day? I try to use a medium strength grip, and try for around 3-4 second per jelq.
