Was hoping to get some quick feedback on this. i'm running JP90 but wondering if it's okay to switch it up like this....
***Doing all stretch work in the morning, as instructed
***Doing 20 mins Bathmate at night with 3x sets Bathmate stretches
i was doing jelqing in addition to the BM, but it all honestly just took too much time
Most importantly, i find myself skipping sessions on the weekends because that's when i'm busiest. i was wondering if it's safe to do 5 days on, 2 days off, including Bathmate work.... instead of 2 days on, 1 day off
i do know that beginners aren't supposed to go straight into 5 days on, 2 off. Not sure if still a beginner. A few years ago i was consistent with the Bathmate for roughly a year, and i'm currently 2.5 months into JP90.
