    Lazy: Unfortunately, no. Perhaps when the future survey/study we've talked about comes out, we'll be able to get more info here.

    As for warming up being more important for stretching than jelqing: There's a thought. One of the major benefits, after all, of warming up in the "advanced" stages for a more elastic/stretchier penis.

    I could be way off base here, but once you advance into the veteran stages, skipping the warm up might not have as big as an effect as skipping it in the early stages might. There's only one way to tell: Try it and see if you feel/notice as good as a workout without it (or the proper amount of gains).

    I still suggest warming up when you can though, especially if you can use IR heat. I know for me, and many others, IR has a very noticeable affect in the elasticity of the penis.

      I tossed the passive warmups (applying heat) a while back; these days I do an active warmup and it works just fine for me. I think it also has to do with the fact that as you perfect your technique and become more in tune with your body, you'll be able to ease yourself in and out of your workout without incurring into any of the pitfalls that plague the early stages of everyone's PE road.

        Excellent post!

        Besides improving circulation, a warm up "unstiffs" the tissues allowing for a more productive PE workout. If you want to maximize your gains while decreasing your risk of injuries, warming up is a must!

            Great post Remek!

            Warm up are easy to do and like you say, the most important part of any routine.

            I always like to warm up whilst having my protein shake and reading the forums
            Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!

                Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'


                Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)
