I could be way off base here, but once you advance into the veteran stages, skipping the warm up might not have as big as an effect as skipping it in the early stages might. There's only one way to tell: Try it and see if you feel/notice as good as a workout without it (or the proper amount of gains).
I still suggest warming up when you can though, especially if you can use IR heat. I know for me, and many others, IR has a very noticeable affect in the elasticity of the penis.
