So I am struggling with PE again. I have been back at it about 6 weeks and not looking like any changes. I know 6 weeks isnt very long, but i did PE for a full 10 months and got nowhere. The way things are going at the moment seems exactly the same. I have been doing my routine 4 days a week and I dont see any differences. The only thing I see is that things look fuller immediately after jelquing, but I think that is to be expected?
If anyone is willing to write me up what they think is a solid beginner routine, please PM me with it. So far all my routine consists of is a warm up. Directional stretches. Side to side stretches. Jelquing, and edging afterwards. I also have a bathmate which I was hoping to incorporate at some point too. For now I just wanted to get back into things with a manual routine, then start using the bathmate.
