    Hello all, I completed my first workout a few hours ago and I think it went well for my first time. I just have 2 questions(for now at least lol) that I haven't been able to answer after doing a quick search of the forum:

    1)When stretching should my grip be pretty tight? Tighter than when jelqing?
    2)When I was jelqing I noticed that the skin of my penis was being pushed toward the tip. Is that ok, or should I hold at the base to avoid any skin being pushed forward?

    Sup Brain, or lack there of.

    1) yes tighter than when jelqing. Don't absolutely rip your head off, though.

    2) I hate when skin gets in the way of my jelq...when that happens i always think i'm pushing up a nice bit of blood to my head, only to discover it was trapped skin. I do grip at the base if neccesary to avoid skin being pushed forward.

      Don't hold your skin back at the base! It could limit your gains!
      There is nothing wrong with pushing your skin up while jelqing - it's a natural movement.
      However, if you feel uncomfortable, then you may hold it back like PEskeptic does.

        Interesting scythe...we have dissenting opinions on this. What i'm talking about is my ballsack skin that rides up into my shaft. I HATE that.

          Thanks for the info guys.

          But yea one of my concerns is the skin that connects my ball sack to the base of the penis. I noticed that a lot of the skin from that area is getting pulled forward, as well as the skin around the shaft.

          Should I just hold back my sack and ignore the skin at the shaft?

            no one should use a tight grip, his is how we get booboo's.


            Try mid shaft griping when extra skin makes it hard to stretch. Remember your stretching ligs they are close to the proximal point of attachment (the base of the penis). And so the grip gives a little who cares flow with it.

              Thats what I do but its all personal preference. Find something that works for you and stick with it.

                That makes sense. I'll experiment with gripping in different spots during my stretch.
