Hello, I was wondering is it possible to do the beginners routine just using one hand? I cant seem to use both hands, it feels a bit cramped down there when using both hands.

Thank you for responding. I just want to confirm that it say "About 3 or 4 seconds per rep. Both hands count as 1 rep" then that would mean I would have to do it twice with one hand in order for it to count as one, correct?

If I excercise only twice a week every 3 to 4 weeks, and on the rest regular five per week, will it affect my gains? Stop them? Unfortunatelly I don't live alone, and working out is sometimes just impossible.

I'd second what Ponto said below. I also highly recommend you make a rice sock - it's so much more practical to be able to go about your life and properly warm up your penis/ligaments, and also do a proper warm down afterwards.
If you try to do it all in the shower, you're either hardly warming up at all or you're taking a bloody long shower. Proper warm up/down is key.
