JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

  • Hello, I was wondering is it possible to do the beginners routine just using one hand? I cant seem to use both hands, it feels a bit cramped down there when using both hands.

    • Hi, beginner here! After reading the FAQ and lots of beginner material, I still have a question: is this 90 day routine designed to be done every day or should I take days off?

        The recommended schedule is 5 days on 2 off or 2 on 1 off.

              So I have been reading about this for a while and finally decided to try it.

              Just finished the routine for the first time and it's ever so slightly sore. I'm not worried, I'm just wondering if that is normal or not.

                I believe you are on track. I was sore first time, too.
                Start (01/01/18) BPEL=6.25, MEG=5.00
                12/03/18 BPEL=7.25, MEG=5.00
                Restart (12/01/21) BPEL=6.50, MEG=5.125
                Current BPEL=6.50, MEG=5.125
                Next Goal BPEL=7.00 MEG = 5.50

                  Thank you for responding. I just want to confirm that it say "About 3 or 4 seconds per rep. Both hands count as 1 rep" then that would mean I would have to do it twice with one hand in order for it to count as one, correct?

                    • If I excercise only twice a week every 3 to 4 weeks, and on the rest regular five per week, will it affect my gains? Stop them? Unfortunatelly I don't live alone, and working out is sometimes just impossible.

                            • Maybe best for the veterans to give their two cents, but I'd say you can't tell after just a few days. Does your penis feel "tired"? I felt like I needed a break after the first 3 days.

                              Get used to the idea that this is going to be a very long and slow process.

                              • I'd second what Ponto said below. I also highly recommend you make a rice sock - it's so much more practical to be able to go about your life and properly warm up your penis/ligaments, and also do a proper warm down afterwards.

                                If you try to do it all in the shower, you're either hardly warming up at all or you're taking a bloody long shower. Proper warm up/down is key.
