    Hi all, just to throw it out there this forum is very helpful. Full of information.

    Ok, to the questions. I have been doing my exercises pretty consistanly for the past week. "I have made it up in my mind I will make PE part of my life". So I am doing 7 days on, no days off. I am in very good shape, and have very little body fat. Wouldnt consider myself a Bodybuilder, but close to it. So I am keeping my body supplied with all essential nutrients for recovery and re-production of broken down areas.

    That being said, for the past week I have been doing the following:

    Warm Up: Heat up a tube sock with hot hot water, and put my member in it and reheat if needed. Do this for about 10mins.

    Stretching: 30 Seconds of Behind the cheeck, strait down, strait out, strait up. And thats in all directions, left, middle, right. Now when I am doing the strait up stretches I noticed that when I kegel I feel the tug, which I read you need to find out what direction you get the tug feeling when you kegel. So I try and throw 3second holds of a kegel while stretching in the upwards directions "left,middle,right". Is this sujusted or just extra?
    Then I do A-stretches, 10 sets of 30 second holds.
    Then I do rotary cranks, 25 rotary cranks in full motion clockwise and counter clockwise. I do them strait out, and all the way around "wider range of motion"
    Then I do Innner Stretches strait up. I do 10 sets of 30 second holds.

    Jelq's: I always lose count so I just keep going until I really feel my member getting wider. When Jelquing I will do them sitting down. Now I will do them strait up, strait out, strait down.

    Clamping: Now after I am done with my jelq's, I obviously have a pretty decent erection status %80 - %100. I will jelq to get the blood nice and full. Then with the other hand Hold at the base of the member, and do 10 sets of these clamps. I hold them for 30 seconds. Now at the end of the 30 seconds, I will turn it into a jelq and force the rest of the blood to the top. Is that safe?


    Ok so thats pretty much it, any inputs would be nice. And I try and keep the intensity pretty rough. I know that I keep my self healthy enough to throw some stress at my member. But please looking for any inputs, weither it be im not doing enough or im doing to much. Thanks for all your help everyone!

    Also, last minute question. Would it be ok to do this routine more than once a day? Or is that overkill, thanks again!

      Wow.

      That's a pretty intense workout.

      I'm new to PE too, and after reading all the stuff about damage that overworking can do, I'm taking it way way way easier than you are to begin.

      I'm no expert, but if you're really just beginning I would at least add two consecutive days of rest in your week with all the stuff you're doing.

      Some guys don't gain at all because they are overworking.

      Just my two cents. I'm sure you'll get lots of replies here eventually.

        Even if you've been PEing for 6 years, I still highly recommend at least 2 days off a week for most routines. Your penis is a lot like your muscle, it generally needs rest to grow bigger and stronger.

        With that in mind, I wouldn't recommend doing this routine more than 5 times a week, let alone 14 times a week

        Perhaps if you switch to a 1 on, 1 off schedule you can try twice a day. But just make sure you have healthy PIs.

          kk. So if I rest should I do this routine 5days a week and take 2 days off? Like M-F on, SAT/SUN off? Also is there anything you would change about this routine? Take away and or add?

            If you've only been exercising a week I think your best bet is to drop this routine and start off with the newbie routine. It seems very excessive for a beginner. Overdoing it is a sure fire way to kiss any gains goodbye. If you do too much you'll just toughen up your penis and make future gains VERY difficult.

            Drop the clamping immediately! I wouldn't touch a clamp for at least 6 months. You're penis is not conditioned for the high internal pressure clamping creates. You're setting yourself up for an injury.

            Yes, definitely take a couple days off. You may want to go 2 on 1 off. 5 on 2 off may be a little heavy for now.

            Start slowly.... you'll be glad you did.

              k. Well just so you know (and i mean everyone who has replied and or ever given me advice), I am taking it all in. And going to apply it, I dont ask for advice then throw it out the window. But Iquana, im not using a clamping device just my OK grip to creat a clamp when Im at 100% erection state. And everything I have been doing I make sure I dont overdue it with the intensity. I keep it moderate, and in turn throw in numureous exercises.

              I believe I should take it down a notch. But I understand that im still conditioning my member for time, and not (now results). But the starter routine just dosent feel like enough to me. But I am still going to cut back on the amount of exercises I am doing. And go 2on 1 of. And then after a 3week period I will increase either the amount of sets or the amount of reps or the intensity. But I am taking all this to heart, and going to use this information.

              Now that I have actually started a log, I guess I can contribute to the pegym's starting stats (although I am a little shy about it). I made sure that the way I am measuring, I am not pressing the ruller into my skin AT ALL. Cause I want the most realistic readings and the most accurate readings, I take 3 readings of each and then average them. This is to also keep me consistant on when I take my readings.

              So ok, sadly my starting stats are:

                    I agree 100%. And before I even started any form of PE I had read that several times. And so far, from my routine "that I have shortend until I have a lil more time under my belt" I am seeing 110% Positive PI's. All day longer fl size, Night/Morning erections. Stronger erections. etc, so I know im doing everything ok. : )

                    But If I havent of read that, I still wouldnt have hung a bowling ball off my wanker or whacked it with a hammer! o.O

                      Ok so I started my routine again today. Im gonna go 2days on, 1 off. Until I work up to a couple of weeks or a month. Then ill do 3 on, 1 off. And keep working up, and paying attention to my PI's. But so far, all 100% Positive PI's. Cant wait for a week to go by so I can take my measurements again :P

                            Hi all, well I just wanted to post up that I believe ive gotten a gain. No matter how many days I measure, or in different ways to try and make my readings less than what they appear. I still keep measuring 6.9 EL vs 6.5 1 month ago. So is it really possible that ive gained that much in 1 month? Just wondering, and if so im that much closer to 7"
