      I have never done edging alone, well that's not true but I've only done it while masturbation watching porn to have it last longer. Stop and starts but without knowing what I was doing. With the wife it's again the same. Only doing it as many times as necessary until I PONR I guess during sex and with oral I'll do it multiple times until I want to climax or she's like " enough already". But Idk what I'm doing there.         So I want to seek your advice on another topic. Jelqing. Above post tells you I had oral last night. Today I did a jelq routine of 100 jelqs with 60 V jelqs. I'm not getting the response I'd like here. Did the session at 5pm. It's 8pm and idk, I seem a turtled and girth is definitely smaller. WTF. I just can't seem to get this to work and I'm going mental that I'm gonna hurt myself permanently. I've pumped for years with no real knowledge of what I was doing bit I've never had adverse reactions or negative PIs like right after pumping. And never an EQ problem in the sack. So WTF am I doing. Just this week I jelqed, same reps and I went to work and everything was cool. No turtling and definitely plenty of flaccid girth to feel good about it. Not today though.

          Ok to be clear the contractions went like, 1st was typical initial explosion then like a second one happened and it even surprised me bc more fluid shot out like I had a hose or something. I mean what's that all about and how do I keep it happening. Lol

            Wanting to be clear on the jelqing and negative PIS yesterday. So right after and for 2-3 hrs I felt like I had negative PIs but overnight I woke at least twice to erections. And today feel good so idk, maybe all is well?

              Don't want to hijack this convo but Average Dude seems knowledgeable - Is it in my head that RK's and Hindis have caused my EQ to plummet recently? I completed the JP90 and my EQ improved a great deal but in the last month the only thing I changed was these "balancing" techniques and the past few weeks I've had a great deal of trouble staying hard during sex. That's never happened before.

              Also, many say to only kegel when erect - which really limits my opportunities. Thoughts?

                If you made a change and have seen negative PI's because of it then it's a clear sign that that you should discontinue it. There is no need whatsoever to do your kegels while erect. You are working your pelvic floor muscle and the erection has no effect on it. The only benefit to doing them while erect is when they are used in an advanced kegel routine such as towel raises. You can do your kegels anytime without an erection.

                  I've been having that issue lately as well but I think I have prostatitis and it's caused me to by like hyper sensitive thus extreme premature ejaculations. Idk I'm pissed with it but even before I got this I had battled early onset of climax for some time. I took it as I needed more sex bc if we went days without and then had sex I'd be early but if I got it couple days in a row I lasted longer. So idk. God I hope by me practicing hindis I'll gain staying time not lose it.

                    Oh reason for quoting was that I'm experiencin the same thing but I'm so mental right now with discomfort of prostatitis that I think it's messing with me. Got oral recently and was erect but they feel weird. Like not rock hard and I don't feel like I could last. Usually I'm hard as a rock and nothing brings it down but lately I'm hard but not rock hard, and the slightest distraction causes me to lose it. Like I need constant stimulation to maintain erection.

                      No response in a while. I want to get some advice on this. Yesterday things seemed right all day. I did a jelq routine. Last night I woke with an erection and thought I'd do some kegels. I probably did 15 maybe. I immediately lost the erection. What gives? Of course I freaked and panicked. Had a hard time sleeping. So this whole thing has got me a mess. I never had an erection problem until recently. Never did kegels never heard of them. So how do u even know if you have a weak pelvic floor and should or shouldn't do kegels. I mean, I've seen kegels in different magazines and what not. Get on here and you see it a ton. But if you just start doing them and have pelvic floor issues you risk something?? How would one even know ? I'm feeling like I should quit all this and go back to pumping once a week. Things were much better then. I'd get rock hard erections. Never and issue. The only issue I had was fighting pre E most of the time. Now I have erection issues.
