  • Progress!?

Hey everyone I just wanna post some of my results I've got from pe.
Ive been doing the jp90 since the start of the year and have made some gains

    starting BPEL of around 15 - 15.5cm to 16 - 16.5cm (sometimes even up to 17cm)
I usually hold a kegel when measuring to get the biggest possible length, does everyone do that when measuring?
    Girth has gone from 12.7cm to 12.9 - 13cm

might be my eq or maybe it could be actual gains.. idk.

does this sound like the usual results for a beginner?

big ups to everyone thats helped me along the way!

Congratulations on your gains. Many do kegel during measuring. A good EQ is important to measure. EQ gains and healthy penis are the best gains. Keep it up.

      Great gains! Congrats.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I think most of the gains in the very beginning are EQ but thats kind of important! A win is a win!
        Start: BPEL 4.9 MSEG 4.5
        Current: BPEL 6.125 MSEG n/a

          Nice job, keep it up!
          1/27/17 (Start PE)
          BPEL - 6.5 x 4.75

          Goal
          BPEL - 7.5 x 5.5

I started with nothing, and still have most of it left.

thanks for the support! I got a quick question, is it okay to break up your routine throughout the day like this?
            Stretches in the morning
Jelqs and flaccid bends at night
So basically breaking the jp90 in half

I sure hope so! That'd make life easier. Would a warm up be required before each session still?

sure wouldn't hurt. the warm up helps to loosen and also helps to prevent injuries.
