    Thanks in advance to those taking the time to read this and respond. I would like to get some help making sure I'm heading in the right direction as I try this for the first time.

    About me:
    42 year old Army veteran, married 9 years
    Decent diet and exercise routine (currently improving both)
    BPEL 6", EG 4.75"

    I have read the Start Here and spent time lurking this forum, wondering if any of it is real. The programs seem like they make sense, and the results people put at the bottom of their posts look like it's effective but I can't help but wonder if it is legitimate. So I am determined to find out for myself, and for the hope of increasing the pleasure my wife has in our decent sex life. My hope is to see some kind of results after the first month, and beyond, that I can share with others who are also wondering if this really works.

    My current routine:
    Because my wife doesn't know I'm trying this (want to surprise her), I am limited to doing things when I have time without arousing supicion (a daily 20 minute shower is out of the question). So I am just starting out by taking bathroom breaks during the day and breaking up what I do into four sessions that look like this:
    - 25 helicopter swings each direction (no warm up)
    - 30sec stretch out, left, right, up
    - 50 dry jelq
    - 30 dry vjelq
    - 30sec stretch out, left, right, up
    - 200 kegels over the course of the day

    Advice needed:
    - All work will be manual (no devices) and I'm planning on doing 2 days on and 1 day off. With this plan, will doing the exercises in separate sessions be effective towards seeing results in the first month?
    - If I am limited to exercise using during bathroom breaks, should I modify or change the routine?
    - Open to hearing any other thoughts or advice.

      I suppose "coaching" wasn't the best word choice. To be honest, all of this is kind of of weird in its newness. So apologies for sounding like I was looking for something like a personal trainer. I was more so looking for pointers and suggestions.

      As an update to my beginner progress, I realized that dry will eventually be way too painful and added a lubricant. I also am planning on doing a 5 on/2 off schedule, with two of the sets listed previously done back to back during lunch.

      Thanks again for any input on how I can make this more effective.
