    Hey Guys,

    I want to start doing PE now.
    As my length is already 7.6 inches, I do not want to increase that as that already hurts most of the woman.
    But my girth is just 5 inches which looks kind of fucked up with that 7.6 inches length.

    What exercises / decives are good for gaining girth?
    Is just using Bathmate a good decision? If yes, which Bathmate I should use?

      Hello and welcome!
      Other than checking out that link Jay gave you, I think you best bet is to begin doing some jelqing. Nice starting size, I'm jelly.

        Thanks, I already checked out the link Jay gave me at first after logging in first time to this Forum, as i was "forced" to read it hahah
        I just bought the Bathmate X50, you think this is a good choice?
        I want to do Bathmate X50 and some manual training.
        Anyone recommend some combination of these things? I am also curious in which order I should do this, first Bathmate and then manual training?


        I want to do the following 5 days in a row and pausing it for 2 days, please correct, add or delete stuff when you think its not intelligent to do this in any matter:

        - 8-10 minutes lying in hot bath tub.
        - Doing pumping with Bathmate X50 for 3 x 3 minutes at first, then going up to 3 x 4 minutes at week 2 and finally reaching the maximum at 3 x 5 minutes at week 3 or 4, depending how I feel.
        - After Pumping with Bathmate is finished, I go out of the hot bath tub and continuing manual training containing of 100 wet Jelqs.
        -After doing this, I want to Warm Down my Goin Area with a hot wash cloth.


        I do not want to do Stretches, as I am more happy with my length and it already should increase a bit with jelqing. That is enough.
        I do not need to do Edging, as I already can have sex 30-45 minutes until I come.


        So what you think, is this a good procedure? Anything to add or change for gaining a bigger girth or prevent injuries?

          It looks good. Consider a few stretches to help with conditioning. Nothing extreme just enough to keep the tunics stretched and not allow any bunching up. Goodbluck, enjoy.

            For the record, at 7.6 inches, you shouldn't be hurting most women. Some, sure, in specific positions. I would also suggest some adjustment of technique. Doggy style really isn't for the well endowed. Good luck!

              Ah yes and one more thing, most of the time my errections are not the kind of hard I want them. Which exercises are good for that?

                Please update with your progress over time. I came to PEGym for the anti-porn forum but now that I am here I might as well do some exercise. My current length is 9.4" and a girth of 5.4". What I may probably want to increase just a little bit is the girth. If it works well for you then I might really consider to do some girth exercises too.

                  You aren't gonna 'hurt' most women dude. Females can take length pretty well in my experience, its the girth that makes them go crazy. If you are looking to inflate your ego by talking about how big your penis is and how you hurt most women, you are at the wrong forum.

                  P.S. many chicks will just compliment you because they know guys are insecure about their size. True story.

                    My Bathmate should arrive tomorrow.

                    I just decided to change my routine, as I think I will get maximum gains in girth with that combination.

                    7.5 min Warm Up
                    5 min jelqing - normal wet jelqs, girth blasters and slow squash jelqs in combination
                    5 min bathmate at low pressure
                    5 min jelqing - normal wet jelqs, girth blasters and slow squash jelqs in combination
                    5 min bathmate at low pressure
                    5 min jelqing - normal wet jelqs, girth blasters and slow squash jelqs in combination
                    5 min bathmate at low pressure
                    7.5 min Warm Down

                    So at total I will be working out approx. 45 minutes.
                    I will look what fits better for me. Maybe any two days, maybe two days and then one off. I do not know that right now, will test it in the first weeks and will update here for you.

                      I'm in same boat long and skinny drives me nuts girth is a woman's best friend something I don't hv just happy I hv the length to make up for it. Ill be fabricating a girth routine very soon and buying some devices to help, 5.2" just ain't fat enough 🙈 For me.

                        Nobody asked the guy if this 7.6 inches lenght is BPEL or NBPEL.I think there is a big difference.If he is 7.6 NBPEL,I think there is nothing strange about his claims.I`ve seen many girl on popular forums and in real life, complaining about 19-20-21 cm lenght.Not to mention that during sex you are not standing tall,but thrusting forward and the usable lenght becomes 0.2-0.3 inches more.There is an article here, if I can rembember correctlly from Kimberly,where she says that the average vagina is about 7 inches deep.I don`t understand why you are attacking the guy.It`s not looking like he is here to brag about his dick.

                            No offense, but you are. Men are way more obsessed with penis length than women are, partly based on how the human vagina works. That being said, most of the exercises that target just girth are considered advanced, so it leaves a beginner looking for girth, or someone who doesn't like jelqing, in a bit of a confusing spot.
