so currently I am restarting PE with a beginner's manual routine, but modified in that sometimes I will only stretch or jelq on one day instead of do both, depending on timing. As long as I'm consistent I don't seen a problem with that. I'm also trying to do more kegels while stretching and while driving.
Anyway, I think that after I have done this for a few months and developed some conditioning, would it make sense to use devices for maximum efficiency?
For example, I usually have to spend a lot of time doing some work while sitting down at a computer after I get home. I think this might be a good time to use an extender device and free up my hands and my time. Then, when I shower I can use a Bathmate.
What do you think about this?
Currently I am about 6.5" x 5". I would like to at least hit 7" x 5.5".
