Hi, I got inspired by Cleave's post in some success forum thread where he mentioned several penis surveys. I have read them all, and one of the basic commonality that they had were an average 1" in three months period. Something interesting that I found were the parts on masturbation and gains. In surveys is stated that masturbation effect the gain on some lvl.
Well first, I'm a big fan of masturbation, since i have bigger sex drive and the tough that something what's bringing me pleasure maybe needs to be cut off a bit is a hard one. I'm also aware that lot of people here say that this is a personal thing and everyone is individual. Kingpole credits a lot of his gains to post workout wanking.
What bothers me is cleave's statement in his post that he has yet to figure out why an average 3 month gains on this forum are a lot less then in these surveys. I will look for an answer in corelation between masturbating and gains.
I challenge myself here to one month without masturbation. Since I'm a beginner on a light routine, I can only expect to gain and to condition myself better. So nothing to lose except a bit of pleasure. Please understand me, I'm not doing this to force any gains. I'm curious about P.I's in such state. Always had a feeling that I would have that morning wood if I haven't wanked the shit out of my fella night before.
Anyway, I know that I won't prove much since I'm only one testing this out, and one month is not much in PE world. What I will do is to watch my P.Is closely and if I find anything extra unusual I will let you folks know in my progress log. Look at this from an angle of self challenge and dedication. Wish me luck.

My background
- I'm relative in shape, and workout at home on regular basis ( push ups, pull ups, sand bag, bench)
- I eat good, have variation in my meals, but not some special diet
- have a bit sleeping problems again, will try to sort that out.
- since I started PE on more seriously basis I have not missed a workout.
- changed my routine every now and then ( had some EQ problems, but that's now solved )
- my routine that I will keep doing for this month :
warm up 15 min, rice sock
2 sets of directional stretches 30 kegel each stretch
between each stretch 10 circle stretches to each side
10 min jelq and 60 more v jelq's
I will edge 2 times a week but will not cum.
