  • Stretching 10 minutes daily - is it worth it?

A few months ago I attempted part of the JP90 programme including basic jelqs and stretches achieving no results - I believe this was partly due to concern over injury and inconsistency since the strain after hour-long workouts would leave me feeling like I should have rest days between workouts. Eventually I developed pain on the right side of my penis lasting about a week, and ever since then I decided to stop. However, I'm planning on beginning again with a simple left, right, up, down, outward stretch routine lasting 10 minutes (not including warm-up, warm-down routine) 5 times a week, hoping to achieve length gains after consistent training.

Is 10 minutes daily worth it to prevent injury over excessive training but also to achieve visible length gains in the long run? If so, how long on average would this take to achieve visible gains?

    Cheers!

I just started too but have you considered doing 2 days on and 1 day off? It seem much less strenuous then 5 on 2 off. It helped me maintain some consistency since I don't have to worry about it being overworked.

My stretches usually last only 4-5 min. I calculated the JP90 exercise time and came to a conclusion it does 10min Jelq and 9min V-jelq apart from stretches. Forgetting about numbers of reps helped focusing on the exercise and if I feel it is not giving the right feel anymore I just stop at any point.

The first week I usually did 5min/4min, now, almost at the end of the second month, I do the full 10min/9min routine. But yesterday, for example, I felt that doing V-jelqs would be too much and stopped them at 1min.

How long has it been since you did the JP90 Beginner routine? If its been a while, I think others might also recommend conditioning your penis for a while before attempting any advanced excercises.

My advice would be to follow a solid routine and stick with it throughout the beginner period, and yes Manual exercises can bring a lot of gains, could be fast, could be slow, its different for everyone and maybe it might not just work. You won't know till you stick with it consistently on a good level.

The beginner routine is meant for you to work your way up, so start 2days or so, and 2days off. repeat till you can slowly work upto 3days, 2days off then slowly a solid 5days and 2 days off.

If not, have a read on Penis Extenders as you could just wear them for a number of hours throughout the day for about 6months and most studies have noted at least 1-2"+ gains. This also takes time and consistency, and atleast 8-9hours of wearing per day (5day rota)

If you didn't see immediate gains, it is not reason to stop a program. In fact, in my first month doing a modified JP90 program, I actually LOST length. Lost a 1/4" and was ready to stop, but had faith and continued. Wasn't too long before things started to grow. You may be like me, your unit needs a longer conditioning period before gains will be visible. Remember, this is a long, slow process so you need to commit to the program, not over work yourself, if something you are doing does not feel comfortable, you stop or rest (PI's) and adjust. If I listened to my initial feedback of loosing 1/4" I never would have gained an inch back. Stretching alone is good, I use it for maintenance now to keep what I have. But, don't know if simple stretching for 10 minutes a day will get any progress for you.

I considered purchasing SizeGenetics or Phallosan but I had concerns over the length of time people need to use them for (discomfort, potential injury etc.) - not to mention the price. Wouldn't particularly want to spend large amounts of money on something which may or may not work.

Does diet have impact on gains? Currently I'm on a calorie deficit in an attempt to lose fat, but surely in the same way that muscle gains work you would need excess calories in order to build tissue onto your penis and result in gains?

For around $140 USD you can get a quick extender pro. Get the curvature correction one because it is cheap but also has the highest amount of spring tension (4000g). No sense paying more for DVD's, pills, and extras. I got most of my gains from wearing an extender. Yes it can be uncomfortable at times but the gains are consistent and permanent. If you end up getting one, reach out to me and I can teach you how to optimize your extender for maximum comfort and results. I'm also considering stating a thread that will educate members with said device on how to optimize it.

What did you do to get that length lost back and how long did it take?

I'm pretty sure I was 13CM when I started PE, then somehow started measuring up at 12.5CM but I always thought I was just 12.5CM

              Just curious.
              Thanks

Just continued with the program, nothing magic. Lost some, played it out and it came back and started to grow.

Did you use that particular extender?
How fast were your actual gains compared to their marketing text?

You should definitely do this buddy. I bought a extender that looks like the X4 and SizeGenetics on the products page at the top but from a seller on ebay, would be great to know your optimisation routine.

Yes. This is the device I have used. This is a link to my progress log that I kept when I initially started PE. It should be a good reference to expected results though each individual is different. https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...r-pro-log.html

I'm doing a stretch only program and have seen about maybe .3-.5 inch flacid gain.
If possible id suggest you stick with the jp90. If not you can try what I do and see if that works for you.

Stretch every time I pee for about 30 to 60 seconds in any direction I feel the best lig pull
U,D,L,R for 60 seconds and 20 rotations to the left and 20 to the right in the shower.
I' also throw in 2 or 3 60 second stretches throughout the day or in the morning.

I haven't truly measured but definitely looks bigger in the mirror.
I hope this helps. Please let me know what you gain if you try it.
                        I'm Super curious.

                        Goodluck!

Awesome! Please do the new thread with details on how you used the device (how strong traction should be felt, where you placed the strap and how tight etc).
                          I just ordered one.

Nice, so after the extender gains how did you grow to what you are at now? What did you do?

                              bro...got an error sending privately...

I found the even thought the bathmate advertises that it s focus is on length and girth. Which its has, I m using the bathmate mainly for 1-2 days a week. Cus, with every length gain I iam getting , I am getting equal girth gains. It s not a complaint. Just my focus is maiinly length. I am 5 plus" as my current girth which I am very pleased!

                              But,

Where QE pro also advertises the same, as many PE devices...I found, Im getting more length gains then girth.
Which is perfect since, it follows my short term goal, increasing my overall length.

Simply, both devices do more then advertise. I am more then just pleased.
You just have to decide what is your main goals overall....

                              Tips:
Bathmate: I made the mistake of not considering after 2 years time with it. Cus, as it stands right in now! Im 0.2" inches away from 7". I went with the x30 model or Hydromax 7 which give a Max length of 7" plus a possible 1.5" growth room. Max possible length 8.5" and Max girth of 6.5".
Otherwise worth every cent! Note: had the bathmate for 6 month...

QE pro: $179.99 I went with deluxe model. Cus, limited model had a pump but, I already had one... An the bathmate in my opinion is the best! if you need a pump.

                              If...
You have the money I would get both.
IF your only focus is on length then, get the QE pro. mainly:
                              *lifetime warranty
                              *parts to upgrade pretty reasonable.
                              *6 months to try.
*Most important very comtortable. However, Penis Extenters, I use penis ring cus, if I am cold I don't like my testicle around or, through the device. I place a penis ring around my testicles. Which means I am taking a break every 30min of every 3 hrs MAX.
                              Sincerely,
                              Mhenwo3198.
P.s... sorry I was trying to respect your privacy.
