I finished big al's jelqless 6 week routine. I decided to do either 6 weeks - 3 months of jelqing now. My routine is just, 10 minute warmups, 10 min jelqs (3 sec counts) and edging for 20 minutes. Is that a good routine to do after the 6 week program or is it not intense enough? Should I be upping the routine or something?

Count your jelq reps as well as time, and make sure to increase each session. One can get a good level of all-around development with the "moderate" jelq- 70% erection for a good measure of both length and girth, and a moderate amount of lube.

Trying to balance out my pelvic floor so I currently cut out all kegals and I'm only focusing on RK's. I think only doing the RK will not balance it out.
Even if you only did the kegel before, now you should still try to alternate.
I did a period of 5 to 1. 5 RKs to 1 kegel. Just to get comfortable with the RK. Now I do one to one.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>
