    If you want to masturbate and ejaculate then i suggest you do it after a session or a few hours before a session .... in terms of affecting gains i guess the reason is because it affects a workout severely .... especially if you just masturbate just before a workout .... there's not much blood flow down there and so the exercises don't maximize the benefits ....

      for me,i masterbated alot before pe,and now only once maybe twice a week on a day of,if i masterbated after a work out ,it seemed like nothing was accomplished during my work out,so my goal is to do less masterbating to once or twice a month and more pe,

        I want to make gains and actually am, but I think I could get better results if I didn't masturbate as often. My goal is to masturbate less as well. i can'thelp myself! I'm very worked up after a work out! My penis is becoming larger and is very sensitive and full after each workout! Very difficult not to masturbate. Any advice?

            when I do my workout I last for 38 minutes, and out of nowhere I ejaculate is it a bad thing and does it make my workout useless

                Need some balance between how many times of masturbation per day to balance out size maintenance. Too many times a day, and it becomes difficult to get very hard and I think my overall size is smaller too. But too few times for too many days in a row, my size gets smaller too.

                    Well, I've been masturbating 1-2 times a day on avg for the last 18 years and kept doing it during my PE journey (not edging) and it has no impact on gaining in length. That's for sure. I should be edging and ballooning more..

                        I had difficulty incorporating my masturbation/sex days with my extending sessions as I found sometimes my penis would be too tired after the masturbation/sex. I'm hoping to not run into this problem again once I get back to extending.
                        Initial NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 5 15/16 inches MEG = 4 inches

                        6 months of extending NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 6 6/16 OR 6 3/8 inches MEG = 4 inches

                        Initial NBPEL ( after the injury ) = 6 inches MEG = 4 inches

                          Good info, almost posted this question. I'm new (exercising for 2 weeks, kegels for 2 1/2 mos) So far have to admit I've masturbated after every session...
