  • Need a direction?

So I've been doing PE on and off for about a year and a half. I finished JP90 about a year ago, stopped for a bit during last winter due to college taking a lot of my time. Did some high intensity exercises in the meantime. Started the No-jelq routine in May and finished about a month or two ago. Took 2 weeks off and I recently started doing jelq's/Uli.

So, my problem is that I think I went too far/hard in terms of intensity. I can comfortably do 50 30 second uli's and 500 jelqs, but its just not practical time-wise. I also haven't seen any measurable gains, and i contribute that to possibly doing too much (I haven't seen any negative PI's that would lead me to believe i'm over-training).

I need some help in pointing me into a direction to where I should go. I'm completely lost in terms of what tier of exercises to do. Right now i'm doing 350 jelqs (adding 20 every workout) and 40 Uli's (adding 5 every workout). These are taking me over an hour to do. I'm thinking of focusing a lot more on stretching, I believe I didn't pay too much attention to it in the past. Maybe I should cut back (I keep hearing less is more?).

    I appreciate any suggestions/advice. Thanks

    Yeah, less can do more.

I normally do 6 60 second ulis in a major workout and about 120 jelqs.

I do do a few other sets, including stretching, throughout the day. Totaling about 170 jelqs per day.

Maybe cut it back a little and see?
    Do you edge?

I would definitely cut back. Focus on the quality of each exercise. While performing the exercise think about what you are feeling, what you are seeing, how does your body respond?

      Are you doing a warmup?
