I can say combination of EQ supplements such as Vigrx + , Male Extra , Pro-Solution Plus do help with PE gains.

After I would do serious advanced penis stretching like 720 Bundled or 540 Bundled A&V , adding some Vigrx Oil to get going for Jelqing helped a lot also.

It's expensive but I believe a good addition to PE such as Fleshlight or Bathmate.
