    To make it simple I would do JP90.

    Regardless, first and formost you need to warm up more than 3 minutes. At LEAST 10 and I would use either the hot rag method or a microwavable heat pack. This is a must.

    I would also advise you that 70-80% erection should be the MAX you get. And if your whole session is at this range its probably fatiguing you which is why you need to stimulate to get an erection. That or your ejaculating too often. Also, be aware the 70-80% jelq is girth specific. I suggest starting flaccid as you jelq up to that 80%. Once you do let is subside to flaccid and do it over and over again. Eventually you'll learn to control how to stay in a specific erection level.

    The more erect you are and the less you warm up the more your chances of the injuries you fear.
