  • Back at it again!

    So I’ve been on here on and off the last 5 years.. I’ve gotten to the point where more experienced routines came into play(advanced Jelq free) 3 years ago. I had perm gains of about .25 EL and .1G they stuck through the last couple years with little PE and a tad of weight gain ie added fat pad of about 12-15 lbs. figured I shouldn’t post until I got some stability to a routine.

    Anyways 5 months ago I came back at this consistently. My routine that I came up with mirrors my lifting/workout routine because logically I figured on days I have my most strenuous workouts lifting and cardio on M W F, vs just cardio T T would be my big PE days.

    So here’s what I’ve been doing:

    Month 1: M W F
    - 5 min warmup
    - 5 min stretch all directions
    -10 min Bathmate at 80% erect
    T T S S
    - 5 min warmup
    - 5 min stretch all directions

    Month 2: M W F
    - 7 min warmup
    - 7.5 min stretch all directions
    - 75 75% wet jelqs
    -12.5 min Bathmate at 80% erect
    T T S S
    - 7 min warmup
    - 7.5 min stretch all directions

    Month 3: M W F
    - 10 min warmup
    - 10 min stretch all directions
    - 150 75% wet jelqs
    -15 min Bathmate at 100% erect
    T T S S
    - 10 min warmup
    - 10 min stretch all directions

    Month 4: M W F
    - 10 min warmup
    - 12.5 min stretch all directions
    - 200 75% wet jelqs
    -17.5 min Bathmate at 100% erect
    T T S S
    - 10 min warmup
    - 12.5 min stretch all directions

    Month 5: M W F
    - 10 min warmup
    - 15 min stretch only out/down
    - 250 75% wet jelqs
    -20 min Bathmate at 100% erect
    T T S S
    - 10 min warmup
    - 15 min stretch only out/down
    I am a week away from starting month 6 that will look like:

    Month 6: M W F
    - 10 min warmup
    - 17.5 min stretch only out/down
    - 300 75% wet jelqs
    -22.5 min Bathmate at 100% erect
    T T S S
    - 10 min warmup
    - 17.5 min stretch only out/down

    So far I’m seeing another .15 EL gain maybe .05 girth, EQ is getting pretty solid for a while I wasn’t getting morning wood now it’s every day (age 26) I’m also edging 15-25 min or so every day for EQ and releasing once a week either with the gal or myself.

    One of my issues is time(busy with 2 jobs) do you guys think something like a Phallosan Forte would benefit me? For time saving ie night use(I know not recommended but still)

    My routine is getting quite time consuming, but Would you guys switch this up after 6 months, or just keep it rolling another 3-6 months. I have nothing against the routine but on MWF I’m looking at a 75+ min routine that’s sure to increase if I stay the course.

    I really just want to be about .75 inches longer and .5 thicker. And cement 7x5.5 with good EQ.

    How would you proceed?

    Forgot to mention I quick kegel in Bathmate every time. Started at 25-30 a session and I’m now at about 100-125
