  • Split Routines

    This thread is a small description of split routines.

    When my routines become lengthy (25 minutes or more), I like to split them up into two seperate routines. I do one routine at night, and the other in the morning. I typically do length in the morning, and girth at night.

    I like splitting routines up for three key reasons:

    1) Boredom. After 30-45 minutes of exercising, PE can seem more like a tedious job, and less like a hobby. When I keep the session short, it makes them more fun and lively.

    2) Consistency. Becaues bordeom usually strikes after long periods of exercising, I find that I start doing my exercises half-ass. Half-ass work leads to half-ass results. Therefore, by splitting the routines, I keep a good consistent technique.

    3) Growth. This is an idea that has been thrown around for a while. Basically, exercising at night and in the morning can keep the penis in a constant elongnation (as long as you don't overdo it). This might lead to better growth.

    In closing, split routines are very useful in staying motivated, and producing consitent growth.

    Hm .. In body building if a work out is longer than 60 minutes (45-60) then it starts to get less productive.

    I don't know if the same thing is for PE, but I could imagine that the longer, maybe isn't better, and to a certain point maybe becomes destructive or just wast of time. And I could also imagine that a too long PE work out, get's boring and ones focus become to just finish, rather than doing it right.

    But what I'm about to do, is slowly increase my work-load, for example slowly add more jelqs until i reach a work out time of 30-45 minutes, and then I'll split too, but not like you Remek, I will split into days.

    Right now I PE 1on/2off and when I do too much, I'll go a bit down in work-load/time and do 1on/1off-1on/2off and then back to 1on/1off. and then add more exercises until I have to split again.

    I think I'll do this, until I reach 2on/1off-/2on/2off.

      Your approach is really good one... and it is one of my recommendations in my book. I'm curious, how has it worked for you?

        Well - I am barely started. But once i messured i think I had adde aound 0.2-0.3 cm - and the other time it whas the same as when i begun, but the other time i felt like my erection was a bit weak, cound't get a super hard.

        But hope I'll soon to add the final 1cm so I can focus on girth - at the momentIi do a kind of Babbis routine - but not as I just said, not sure if I've gained.
