  • New to this! Need some advise!!!

    Hey guys, im new to the whole PE thing. Im 19, and currently very active. I have a girlfreind and i've never had any complants about my penis size from women ever. But it's more of a mind block for me.. and i cant stand myself at times because of it! So i'd like to start working on it, and try to get some size.

    Currently im about 5 inch long and 4 1/2 girth.

    I've done some research and i found a 20 min workout routine that says will work.

    1. Hot Towel Warm-Up (2 minutes)
    2. Stretching Exercise (2 minutes)
    3. Lengthening Exercises (4 minutes)
    4. The Ultimate Jelq (5 minutes)
    5. Girth Exercises (5 minutes)
    6. Massage and Warm-Down (2 minutes)
    7. PC Exercises (to be done throughout day)
    I got that from massive member, Any advise if i should follow it or do something elese?

    Any advise would help alot! Thanks..

    And also is there any supp's i could take while doing this that would help?

    Hey, man. Good luck. I am doing JP's 90 day routine on the beginner forum. Try that.

      Welcome to the forum first off!

      I suggest you just start with JonPop's 90 day routine. It covers pretty much everything and helps you advance later on.
      Also that same thread suggest supplement's you can take.
      Now I might not have micropenis, but my penis is small enough for me to say it's small. I don't understand those who complain about 5 in erect penises. How I wish for something like that.

      Starting
      Flaccid Length: 2 inches
      Erect Length: 3 - 3.5 in

      Current
      Flaccid Length: 3 in
      Erect Length: 4 in

        As a beginner to PE i would suggest you go with JP routine rather than anything else

        from what you suggest might include all kind of exercises to be done in PE but even the proportion of each exercise does matter like warm up 2 min is surely less and can lead to minimization of your gains

                  Welcome to the gym Ark! The guys are right about the Jp 90 routine, its a great one and I did it myself. However, if you want a little less intense routine then try this one Your First Penis Enlargement Workout Routine . It starts a little lighter, but progresses as you go.
                  I don't think you will be unhappy with Jp's routine though. Good luck

                    I'm a beginner too and the JP routine is working fantastically for me. You definitely need to try it out.
                    And 2 minute warm-up is definitely not enough. 20 is recommended, but I'm pretty sure 10 minutes is usually fine.
                    06/10/10 (Start) -> 6.2" BPEL, ~4.9" EG

                    Short-term Goal
                    7.0" BPEL
                    5.5" EG

                    Long-term Goal
                    8.0" BPEL
                    6.0" EG
