Hey guys, im new to the whole PE thing. Im 19, and currently very active. I have a girlfreind and i've never had any complants about my penis size from women ever. But it's more of a mind block for me.. and i cant stand myself at times because of it! So i'd like to start working on it, and try to get some size.
Currently im about 5 inch long and 4 1/2 girth.
I've done some research and i found a 20 min workout routine that says will work.
Any advise would help alot! Thanks..
And also is there any supp's i could take while doing this that would help?

- Hot Towel Warm-Up (2 minutes)
- Stretching Exercise (2 minutes)
- Lengthening Exercises (4 minutes)
- The Ultimate Jelq (5 minutes)
- Girth Exercises (5 minutes)
- Massage and Warm-Down (2 minutes)
- PC Exercises (to be done throughout day)
