  • Are my goals realistic? & other questions

    I've been PEing since May, and really enjoying it. I've been growing quite a bit (check my sig and Ballsmahoney's Log), but I've definitely noticed the gains have started to slow down alot. My question is, do you guys think 8x6 is a realistic goal for my starting size? I know everyone is different and there are SO many different training techniques. I understand some of the big gainers have grown up to and beyond 2" each way, but I don't consider that to be the norm. Can i grow an inch in girth? I've grown an inch in length, sure, but girth seems to be a real challenge.

    One thing also, I notice my girth really fluctuates a lot on any given day. On really good EQ days I can hit my 5.2 as seen in the signature...but many times its less, around 5.1. Is this normal?

    I've only taken 1 full week off since i started in May. Do you guys think, should I take a week off, or keep going? Just looking for some feedback and general motivation is all...

    Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

    I wouldn't say 0.1 inches fluctuation is a lot its probably normal

      If you hang in there for the long haul I believe your goals are possible. Gains will slow over time and when you hit plateaus you will need to step it up to some advanced exercises to keep the gains coming.

        Thx man. I definitely plan on hanging around for the long haul. Its become part of my daily routine to PE, almost like brushing my teeth. 8x6 would be amazing, but if I'm being honest...hell i'd be happy at 7.5 x 5.5! A 5.5" girth unit is pretty damn big IMO.

        So about the "decon" break. I've also read taking a 1 week break every 6 weeks. Are you guys doing that?

          Dude how did you get .25” in 2 months?!? I’ve been stuck at 6.4 forever.

            8" is no problem. You are already most of the way there. I achieved it with manual stretching. I got stuck at 7.5 and then started pumping 1 or 2 times a week and doing bundled stretches and minor clamping. On a good day I can hit 8 but its settled in at 7.75.

              Damn, 0.75'' in 3 months that's pretty good you give me hope. I've got about 0.25'' gain in 22 days. I'd say you goals are well in the range of possible.Also you will slow down in gains after time, perhaps take a week long break you may even gain a little in that time. You can also find ways to change up your routine. Girth does take time and also requires some other exercises like squeezes. Where you get about 70-80% hard and you squeeze the base of you penis with a OK grip then using the other hand use a ok grip just under you head then slowly squeeze. I'm sure to can find a demo of it somewhere on this site. Girth does require other exercises besides jelqing and other length exercises. Although i notice a bit of gain in length my girth remains the same.

                yeah I gained length really fast. About an inch in 3.5mo, but definitely seem to be slowing down in length, although girth is growing. Good point on the squeeze, im actually on week 2 of Big Al’s jelq free routine and so far so good. Since I made this post, I honestly believe my goals are realistic although will take a long time. Thankful I’ve gained a lot in a short time, and I really do feel my unit is a respectable size. I’m not even sure I want 6” girth. My wife probably doesn’t that’s for sure lol. 5.5” is legit, I’d be ok with the Goldilocks 7.5x5.5.

                  For sure 5.5'' girth is more than enough for women. I see some guys saying they want 6''-7'' and all i can think about is the poor girl that has to handle it. I mean some girls can like porn stars as they're are probably used to it. But even the look are their faces sometimes you know they aren't having the best of time. I think it comes from that we see are dicks all the time and we don't see them as big. Like me my girth is 5.25'' and 5.5'' at the base and i'm told i'm slightly above average, but to be i seem small. But atleast i won't have much girth gains to achieve 5.5''. Hope i can get length gains like you if i could get 1'' in under 6 months i'd be very happy. Tho i'd probably continue to do PE to cement the gains. Good luck

                    Personally I'd like to get to 6.5", but honestly I'd be happy getting to about 6". That should still be in the realm of workable for most given warm up.

                    2014-09-01: BPEL 6.8"/NBPEL 6" MEG 5.0", BPFL 5"/NBPFL 4" FG 4.4"
                    2019-03-16: BPEL 8"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.75"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.5"

                    Goals:
                    Realistic: BPEL 8.5"/NBPEL 7.5" MEG 5.5"
                    Optimistic: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8" MEG 5.75"
                    Dream: BPEL 10"/NBPEL 9" MEG 6.5"

                      Getting to 8" from your starting size is realistic provided you have a realistic timeline.

                          Hey man. My routine is this: 1 day on, 1 day off AM workouts - 50 squeezes, then clamp for 10-15m after the squeezes. Then I hit the gym, and pump for 10-20m in the shower afterwards. Then depending on PI's i'll pump in the evening too. Sometimes i will pump 20m on my rest day, but only depending on PI's.

                          I'm no longer wearing my extender, just because its a huge pain in the ass to wear all the time. I'm doing manual stretches at night, and thinking about starting hanging.
