So it's been about 3 mounths doing basic beginner routine my measurements starting bpel about 5.5 inches 5 inch girth....do 5 days on 2 off 10 min warmup 10 min basic stretching 10 min jelq 5 min v jelq my measurements exactly the same as 3 mouths not sure what to do from here realistic goal of 6 inches would be great

I've been doing the stretch highlighted in the jp 90 day routine added the bundle stretch 5 reps 20 sec hold when doing that after those stretches I do 100 quick side to side stretches while standing I do all that then end with jelq for 10 to 15 min then warm down I take 2 days off each week
