  • Supplements to take while using extender

What’s up fellas, I’m new here to the forum and also new to the PE. Just started my journey using the Quick extender pro extender for about 2 weeks now while also taking an L-arginine supplement. I figured it would make sense to increase blood flow while extending to get the best results and maximize gains down there. I have noticed already I have a slight girth/thickness increase with erections.

Are there any other supplements you guys recommend to take to maximize gains down there? and why you would recommend it? Thanks all advice is greatly appreciated.

L-arginine, maca, tribulus terrestris, epimedium, tongkat ali, yohimbe. All of those increase blood flow down there, and increased blood flow to your penis is always a nice addition to PE, as far as healing and EQ goes. Good luck.
    Current: NBPEL 5.9x4.8

    Goal: NBPEL 7.0x5.5

I've had good luck with Irwin Naturals "Maca Root and Ashwagandha Plus Red Ginseng" and "Prosta-Strong Red"
I take one of each in the AM, one when I get home, and sometimes one before bed. You can take up to 4 of each a day.

They both have bloodflow boosting properties as well as some hormone support and prostate health support.
I also tend to take Sunflower Lecithin to help with maintaining cholesterol and appetite.

Though, between them, there is Pygeum, Zinc, L-Citrulline, Epimedium, Tribulus, Ashwagandha, Ginseng, Ginkgo.... Add some L-Arginine or better yet, L-Arginine Alpha ****Glutarate (aka AAKG or A-AKG) which metabolizes better than straight L-Arginine.

Any way you slice it though, be aware of what you are putting in your body, the effects thereof, and any possible issues with medications you may be taking.

Vitamin E and Zinc are good to take for essential genitourinary health.

Ok cool. I’ve definitely been looking into the tongkat ali and tribulus terrestris as well. Thanks for the input.

Ok cool. I’ve definitely been looking into the tongkat ali and tribulus terrestris (have Horny goat weed with maca already.) Could I combine those two with L-arginine? and would they still be effective with the PE/extender regimen while working out lifting weights?

I’ve actually seen the two you take in CVS and never thought they were any good. Thanks for the input and advice.

                      Supplements as a noobie

Just wanted to get you guys thoughts, and advice on it. Open to all feedback. What do you think? Also, would the supplements still be effective doing PE/extending and working out lifting weights? Thanks.

My personal experience with TT is it does give mild but notable results. Better workout recovery seems to be the best feature of this supplement- at least for me.

How do you take L-arginine Jman122? How many times per day, before/after workout or before bed and how many grams per dose?

Tribulus had no effect on me. It didn't increase my testosterone levels as advertised. I had my blood work done with no change with and without tribulus. I honestly think tribulus is a placebo, but maybe it can help with blood flow.

I was recommended collagen (+ glucosamine + vitamin C)* supplementation for PE, but I haven't tried it yet.

I'm currently supplementing zinc 50g (everything above that could cause copper deficiency), two times per day (2x 25g, maybe I'll split it into three times per day). Also taking magnesium citrate 200g (2x100mg). I'd highlight those two for testosterone and recovery since I use couple more supplements for the gym but I don't know how they relate to PE.

*I use both glucosamine (2x1000mg) and vitamin C (2x500-1000 or 2x1000-2000, depending on the season) for joint help and immune system boost
