Not sure if I’m at the correct erect state, doing JP90.
When I jelq I am somewhat hard but my penis is still bendable backwards, still has some hard to it though.
Also I added a extra set to the JP90 jelqing routine but reduced the number of V jelqs I do, will it speed up results?
I now do :
Warmup
Stretches from JP90 routine
30 sec penis stretches left,right,up,down with strong force (not strong enough to rip it off though lol)
*With coconut oil as lube*
50 normal jelqs, 30 V jelqs x 4
So 200 normal jelqs and 120 V jelqs in total.
Warm down
