    Hello.

    I started PE’ing around the time I was 19-20. I’m 26 now. Back then I would get gains easily from doing JPs beginner 90 day routine. But i was never consistent. I’d do the routine for a month or two and see noticeable gains and then I’d abruptly stop due to lack of discipline. After wards I’d lose my gains.

    I’m getting back into PE. Now that I’m 26, I’m not getting any gains. I’m doing everything the same. Matter fact I think the exercises maybe shrinking my penis. I’ve noticed even when i jelq my dick doesn’t get hard like it used to. I now have to v jelq to get my dick somewhat hard. What could be happening? Lower testosterone and other growth hormones due to older age messing with my progress? I’ve been doing the exercises for about a month and a half now and I haven’t seen any progress. Back then I would Have at least gained a little bit.

    I don't want to be disappointed, but I think penis enlargement exercises destroy the penis ،


    They always make neck enlargement among African tribes an example of enlargement, but the fact is that the rings that women place on their necks cause an imbalance in the composition of the neck, and women die if they extract the rings.

      There are many factors that can be considered here, BZ.

      What is your diet like?
      What is your sleep like? Are you get great quality sleep like 6 (minimum) to 7.5-8 hrs (optimum)?
      What is your negative stress level like? (e.g. work stress, life stress, relationship stress)
      What are your testosterone levels?
      What is your current routine and do you have rest days dialed into the program at all?

        You are entitled to your opinion, even though it's wrong. If you feel what we do here is harmful feel free to go someplace else

            so it really depends on your routine and what ur penis want

            you can take supplements like L-Arginine and B12
            you can take a rest and sleep well
            you can increase ur testosterone level by gym workouts
            take rests and warm up and down well
            always warm up until ur penis is red full of blood
            don't burn ur dick !!!! only warm up well
            always rewarm , cuz ur dick is back to it's normal degree after a time
            so warm up before stretches , warm up between sets
            between stretches and jelqs ...

                Do you watch Porn? Maybe your just coming into the Age were the negative Effects of porn on health and erection quality no longer can be compensated.

                Do you warm up? As in every Sport , the older you get the more important it is to warm up to not take damage.

                  I found the exact opposite to be true. Gains come easier with age because the body recovers more slowly and can't resist the change. I've gotten some really good gains from pumping whereas in the past it produced minimal gains. But in the past year I've been able to increase girth by .5"

                    I started PE when I was 67 and have made decent gains. So age may not be a factor.

                        Started PE at age 37. Growing like a weed. Age doesn't seem to be impacting me.
                        Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
                        Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

The pumping is helping a lot. I quit hanging because I wasn't getting chubby during my jelqing sessions. The extender and pumping seems to be working and nothing but positive PIs.

                              As one gets older then health based fitness becomes more important. Cardiovascular training as well as stress management should be the focus in order to maintain and even improve EQ.
