I'm currently extending with Quick pro extender and wondering if taking L-arginine will speed up gains or maybe affect gains on different level (like gaining girth also). Also when to take L-arginine? Before extending? While extending? After extending/while edging?

L-arginine increases blood flow. In my opinion, you don’t need increased engorgement while extending. Accordingly, take the L-arginine following your extending session to improve the efficiency of jelqing after extending.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

L-arginine helps produce Nitric Oxide in your blood that allows for better erections and in turn blood flow. I don't think it will enhance your workout much. For the last 2 months, I have been taking 1000mg of it to help with old man dick problems. I've seen some results but not in the PE department.

L-Arginine can temporarily boost EQ- which can enhance training and sexual activities.
Consider the following for other aspects of training:
Butcher's Broom for venous sufficiency
