27 year old fit active male working as a first responder. Just beds reading up on PE and at ready to start. Going to be doing a lot of reading here before I post up a lot of questions.

I am looking at using the JP 90 day beginner routine unless y’all recommend I start slower.
I have zero experience with PE. I am sexually active.

I don’t have measurements and am currently heading out of town so those will have to wait. Last I checked I was just barely under 6 inches non bone pressed and closer to 7 when bone presses. My girth I’m not sure, I can for the toilet paper roll about halfway down my shaft before it won’t go. It’s very tight even at the portions it does fit.

Two questions I did have so far was is it bad to Kegel while stretching? I’ve seen some on here say it is dangerous to do Kegels while holding the stretch and some recommended It so any info on that would be great!

Second is how many Kegels and what exactly do the help with minus pelvic floor health but I’m not clear exactly on what the result is from that.

    Thanks,
    Happy to be here!

Hey and welcome to the Gym! If you haven't already, read through the info in the START HERE section, lots of good info there.

It is now not encouraged for people new to PE to do kegels while stretching. I don't think there is a exact number for how many and honestly, I struggle with remembering to do any so maybe another member can help better with your question.
