  • Can PE be done only with manual methods?

    Hi

    I am considering going back to PE, but I know that I will not be able, not do I want to use any instrument or device.

    I know the JP90 is a conditioning program, meaning if it gains anything it would be newbie gains, that will probably stop there.

    What program is recommended after the jp90, that DOES NOT INCLUDE clamping, hanging, or anything that involves materials that are not my own body?

    Would love a link if you have it.

    you will probably have to move onto hanging or something at some point if you dont want to be pulling on your dick for hours.

      This is the routine I recommend:

      The Advanced Jelq Free Routine

      It's just a combination of squeezes and side to side stretches, very effective. I too recently started back at PE and that is the exercise routine I have been doing. Within the first month I saw a gain of 1/8" and I'm closer than ever to my goal of 8". Feel free to look through the last 5 or 6 pages of my progress log to see how I've been going about doing it. I will say that I haven't been doing the squeezes because I don't want to become any thicker. Anyways, best of luck to ya!

              Certain devices can be very effective and convenient for making gains. That being said, there has yet to be a device created that can duplicate the versatility of the human hand for training.
