  • Never Gained - Is it Possible?

Can anyone recommend a routine for someone who can't seem to gain from PE?

    Background:

I first tried PE when I was 18 (15 years ago) for around 8 months consistently using stretches, jelqs, squeezes, and various routines.

    I gained nothing.

I've had several attempts since then, lasting about 4-6 months on average - giving up because I see no results and don't really believe that PE works (for me anyway).

    Additional issues:

I can't ejaculate in sex anymore.

I seem to have lost sensitivity in the end of my penis.

I don't know if this is due to taking anti-depressants, aggressive masturbation, or psychological issues (I have horrible anxiety and depression - with a lot of it relating to my self image, performance, size, and lack of confidence).

I went to the doctors and the conclusion was that there was nothing that could be done.

Will PE potentially make this issue worse?

    Size:

I'm around 5.8 - 6.4 inches (depending on where I put the ruler and EQ). Girth is around 5 in the mid shaft but 4.6 below the glans (small head too), and 5.3 at the base.

Whilst I'm probably average, I have deep insecurities about it due to past partners having complained about it being too small and how small it looks to me.

My current GF says that she's happy with it but reading between the lines from what she says, I know shes had bigger and that she prefers bigger - this thought alone often makes me feel sick to my stomach and inferior.

    Appreciate any feedback.

I think you just asked a question and answered yourself ,your problem is in your head not your pants ,you are not small ,that's above average if I'm correct ,6.4 is a good range ,and girth yeh ,is abit low same as mine ,but it's about how u work with what you have, and trying ur best to reach the next level if you know what I mean
Pills might be bad ,indeed, but I think you should focus on solving your head problems first.
As of exercises some people never gain I guess but it's about improving your overall PE health ,erections, stamina, preE and so on,there's lots of benefits from workout itself ,not all people who go gym end up on mister olympia ,not everyone goes pro ,but they end up being healthier, fit and they feel good ,that's what PE is mainly about I think
Of course we all would like to gain as much as we needed but unfortunately doesn't work same for everyone
Keep your head up and keep PEing ,aswell if you haven't tried different type of workouts, maybe hanging and pumping will do trick for you, there's a ton of routines that you can try and see what could potentially work ,but don't quit ,keep doing you and keep pushing .

    Good luck!

Unfortunately this is the wrong mental state to start PE for various reasons.

      1. You already have over tension in your Pelvic Floor and that s why you have loss of sensitivity and anxiety/depression are contributing to your PF tension and with an tensed PF gains can t happen and also the PE exersices will add even more tension to your PF.
      2. The kind of mentality you have right now is leading to overtraining in PE which results in no gains and a possible injury in the future.
      3. Taking antipressants are lowering your EQ and by this state you can t gain.

IMO you have to take care of your mental health 1st and when you feel balanced you have to work on relaxing your PF by Rks and PF stretching.
Then you can try using an extender which is the safest form of PE ( if you follow the instructions correctly) and its the solution for many that manual PE didn t work in the past.

        Hey DarkMind,

I'm in the same group of guys that don't seem to gain with manuels but fortunatly pe devices have given me decent gains. Like Teo said the best bet would be a traction device/extender.
With depression pe can be a double edged sword. If you achieve gains that can be super powerful for your mental health, but not seeing any gains could lead to further depression.
        Start 7.2 x 4.8 Current 8.3 x 5.4

Thanks for the reply - I've never heard of tension in the pelvic floor. Can you provide links for more info and solutions.

          Cheers
