    Hi , I started a beginner routine ( 10 min Warm-up , 1 min stretch in each direction, 100 jelq and 20 JAI stretch before my routine , 2 days off one day on during the first week) july 1st and I have a bad erection quality especially at morning I didn't have morning wood erection anymore after my third workout on Tuesday.

    While jelquing it's hard to me to keep erection of 50%-75% it always drops to 30%-40%.

    The problem with you erection level could be that you are either pulling or jelqing too hard. My erection level always goes down about 25-30% while jelqing but I don't have a problem with that. Do you do Kegel exercises? Otherwise you should incorporate them into your routine, they are very good for hardness!

    That your EQ has gone down is not a good sign, try to ease the workout a bit and see what happens. It doesn't seem that tough and as long as you are careful you shouldn't have a problem. Remember that EQ and morning wood depends on a lot of lifestyle factors as well.

      I also advice you to start your own log in the progress forum. That way you can track your progress and also making it easy for people to help you out.

            Ok thanks Larry I'm going to do them. I can start my own log in progress forum even if I haven't reported gains?

              I found it very difficult to maintain a good erection level in my first week of PE, not so tough in my second week and much easier in my third week (although I refrained from masturbating in the third week). I think part of it was just getting used to and becoming comfortable with what I was doing. If I found my erection level wasn't high enough, I'd just stroke the end until it returned, although in my third week I had to stop a few times to let it go down as it was getting too hard. I'll be interested to see what tomorrow brings as I begin my fourth week.

                  I have the opposite problem of too much of an erection. Maybe you should try doing a Kegel before each stroke starts.
                  Starting stats as of Aug 7, 2010:
                  NBPFL 3-1/2 | BPFL - 4-1/4 | FG - 3-5/8
                  NBPEL - 5-5/8 | BPEL - 6-1/8 | EG - 5

                  Short Term Goal:
                  6.75 x 5.5
                  Long Term Goal:
                  7.5 x 6.0

                      I would check out the ED section for issues on porn. I have no problem myself. I think my mind can seperate porn from real life. I would rather of course be able to use my imagination, but I do workouts often late at night and need that little extra boost. I have no problem with sexual erections with the wife and think I have conditioned the penis to maintain a lower level erection for the exercises.
