    hey guys, i just started my PE routine based off of https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...nner-read.html and i was wondering how many of you guys edge (masturbate but do not come at the end of your session) then go about your day after your routine? is this a beginner or intermediate exercise?

    i just started my routine today and it seemed like it went well. just gotta work on my kegels and nonstop erections haha. i've noticed that focusing on my kegels when I got an erection during jelqs helped me get used to doing my jelqs correctly and getting kegels in. here's what i did for anyone who wants to give their $0.02

    15 min warmup
    15 min stretch/kegels (each direction x 25 kegels)
    15 min wet jelqs
    ???


    the last part is where i'm .. I don't know if should just call it a day or edge or v-jelq or warm down. so yeah i'll wait to hear from you guys, thanks! also how do you know that you're doing a proper kegel? I've read everything but it's hard to tell if i'm just flexing my dick or doing a proper kegel, any insight?

    I would edge - this will bring your T levels up and also nutrients to your worked-out penis.
    6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
    10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
    12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
    6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

      I agree with Zen, edging is a great way to finish off a routine. I try not to ejaculate every other session or so.

      If your making your dick jump while erect with the kegals then your doing them right. The next time you take a leak, force yourself to stop mid-stream, its the same muscle used for kegaling.

        thanks for the advice you guys. i definitely won't have a problem with edging being a part of my routine, it's sort of like a bonus for a good day's work. i'm glad to say i'm starting to get better control of my kegels just after a couple days as well.

        but i'm still new and skeptical to how everything is supposed to be feeling during my routine, do you kegel during stretches? like while you're holding a stretch or do you guys just kegel when your hands are off your unit?

          I still do 1 set of the 5 way stretches in my routine and I do 30 quick kegals for each stretch.

            i guess i'm still getting used to kegels. its still my first week but, i find it so hard to kegel while holding a stretch.. otherwise, i can kegel regularly erect or flaccid just fine. it's just when I try to kegel during my routine that i find it impossible to do, it takes so much focus power and time to finish one direction. is this just how it goes in the beginning? any suggestions?

              Practice make perfect Happiesttrail, the kegals for stretching are the quick kegals. Once you get the hang of it, there pretty easy.
