hey guys, i just started my PE routine based off of https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...nner-read.html and i was wondering how many of you guys edge (masturbate but do not come at the end of your session) then go about your day after your routine? is this a beginner or intermediate exercise?
i just started my routine today and it seemed like it went well.
just gotta work on my kegels and nonstop erections haha. i've noticed that focusing on my kegels when I got an erection during jelqs helped me get used to doing my jelqs correctly and getting kegels in. here's what i did for anyone who wants to give their $0.02
15 min warmup
15 min stretch/kegels (each direction x 25 kegels)
15 min wet jelqs
???

.. I don't know if should just call it a day or edge or v-jelq or warm down. so yeah i'll wait to hear from you guys, thanks! also how do you know that you're doing a proper kegel? I've read everything but it's hard to tell if i'm just flexing my dick or doing a proper kegel, any insight?

i'm glad to say i'm starting to get better control of my kegels just after a couple days as well.
