  • A little help for the routine please!

Hey guys! It's very inspirational to see y'all's gains and discussion in this forum. I started my pe exercise at the beginning of February (exactly two months ago) and followed a routine (4 days a week) as follow:

10 mins warm up with a heating pad
    10 mins four-direction stretch

100 reps of wet jelqs (around 3 sec for each rep, and erection level was around 50%)
5 erected kegel (each one was 5-7 sec)
    10 mins warm down

After a month (at beginning of March) my BPFSL gained half inch, BPEL gained less than 1/4 inch, while girth didn't change. Last month I kept the routine above and added 5 squeeze (each rep is 10 secs) and edging into the session. However, when I measured today, I found no gain at all. I'm wondering is it because the time is not long enough to see the gain yet or it's my routine/intensity has some problems? I do have the determination to keep doing it and add more if needed, but I just want to make sure the routine is right and good enough to keep using.

Don't expect the second month to bring the same results as the first. The gains you noticed after the first month are what we call "newbie gains". Further gains usually come a bit slower, but this varies from person to person.

If you feel like the exercises are not enough, you can slowly increase repetitions and/or intensity, or jelq in a higher erection level (e.g. you can go to 60%) and see how your body reacts. If you notice turtling after the exercises and throughout the day, it means that you are overtraining.

Thank you for the reply! How can I tell if my training is being effective? Like should my penis feel sore or anything after the training? And does it matter how long the each rep last for jelq?

Check out this article about Physiologic Indicators, it explains it much better than I ever could:
