  • what to do when you have all the problems? (PE, ED and below average penis)

I have premature ejaculation due to involuntary kegels because I've learned at a young age that kegeling makes things faster when you're in a hurry and don't wanna get caught. now it seems like its a habit now and my pelvic floor is tense from what I've been reading. so Im confused on what to do when kegels are recommended for some of these exercises both for enlargement and ED. should I do them? what does it mean when people say do 20 kegels? should I assume they want a ratio of kegels and reverse kegels? when they say do kegels while balooning or stretching, should I just do both kegels and reverse kegels? or should I do reverse kegels later depending on how many kegels I've done?
also wouldn't reverse kegels actually make things worse with my ED problem?

I have ED too, mostly due to some slight depression and smoking. I've been working on both of those things but it would really make things a lot easier if I gained a bit.

I got introduced to PE around 3 weeks ago and immediately started with the jp90.
most of my ballooning/edging attempts after my jelq sessions have been a failure with me cumming and it never feels good when you ejaculate after PE.
also really hard for me to jelq because I can't maintain the erection. I don't know why maybe its because I can't count reps and think about butts at the same time. so what I've been doing is I just stroke it until it gets hard enough then jelq for like 10 reps until it gets flacid again and then repeat. my sessions were taking around 90 minutes in the shower with most of that time spent on maintaining the erection with running water so people wont hear the oily noises. so I started to get a bit impatient and careless by jelqing with full erection so by the time it gets soft again I've at least done 15-20 reps. until 5-6 days ago I felt some pain in mid shaft during a jelq rep and I think thats an injury. the pain felt deep coming from the center of my penis. so I stopped what I was doing and got out and lost all the eq and libido improvements I had gotten during these two weeks with my first ejaculation. also have a loss of size in flacid state and some turtling. the pain was never that severe and even on the first day I was only noticing it randomly, sitting in a squad position was making it more apparent though. now its just some tickling whenever I touch some random spot under my shaft but I can never find the exact position of that spot. so PE is temporarily on pause for now, I hope this will get resolved by itself with some rest.

another problem I have is being a bit overweight and I wanna work on my body too but I've read working out temporarily shrinks penis because body prioritizes blood to the worked out muscles. so now I don't know if it even makes sense to do PE while working out or if theres something I need to do to get maximum effect.

I wanna do everything and seems like dealing with each of these problems depends on the other problems being fixed first.

    TLDR:
PE requires no ED and premature ejaculation problems and might end up giving you a more tense pelvic floor unless Im understanding things wrong.
my ED would improve a lot with some results from all the PEing
premature ejaculation work might make things worse with my ED with all of those reverse kegels.
and regular body workout might make PEing less effective but I need it to feel good about myself and improve my ED and premature ejaculation.

if I wanted to prioritize I would prioritize size first but I think theres a way to all of these things at the same time. I just don't know how.
    any help is appreciated.

Combat ED, then pre-e, then size.

Size will be irrelevant if suffering with ED and/or pre-e.

What I'd do is focus on daily exercise both aerobic and anaerobic. For most people it helps with depression even more than medication. And as an added bonus reducing your fat pad will increase your nbpel - so your visible penis will look bigger. On top of that you might actually see an increase in BPEL, too. So, it will help balance neurotransmitters AND boost testosterone.

I'd also switch to a different morning shower routine. Probably something involving very light stretches and light squeezes for five minutes in the morning 2 days on 1 day off. Also follow some PF balancing program - maybe the HANS protocol. I'm not sure if there's a simple exercise template for this but you could search.

And I'd also look into a PE coach. Try asking Big Al or search/post in the appropriate forum here. At least figure out what it involves, pricing, etc.

With ED you mite wanna consider an all day stretching devise, such as the Phallosan Forte. I’ve had ED for years yet gained almost an inch and a half with it. Not sure of your age but I also incorporate a pump, both air and water, BathMate, to help add thickness, close to an inch, and oxygenate my penis as I have very few nocturnal ejections. Keep the faith, there are answers.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

thanks guys for all the advice. seems like my injury is worse than I thought as the pain comes and goes without any improvements and I don't know what the problem really is. I should've just jelqed with whatever low erection level I had and not be so concerned about how low it is.
my ED and EQ are worse than ever in my life and Im just hoping that this will get healed soon, have to look up and see what my injury really is.

I haven't yet, do you think its a pelvic floor related injury?
Im trying to find a male pelvic floor specialist but all I can find in where I live is for females.
but found a generic physio clinic that does shockwaves for pre-e and ED. think this is the closest thing Im gonna get

If you look at a physio they will say area of special interest . Often you have to dig a little .
I was unaware any male pelvic physio near to me turns out there was one in the physio group I normally go to .

I'll keep looking but I think it hasn't catch up here yet.
visited the sockwave guy and he didn't have a clue about PF either.

Im not sure why this lab has a 4-22 pg/ml range for normal. is this a mistype? am I missing something? seems like these numbers in free T should be multiplied by 10 right?

                              Suggest a retest .
I would use a different lab.

If you multiply by 10 your total an free test it makes more sense . Likewise multiply the lab ranges.
