  • Need help!!!

Long time lurker on PEgym, some of the stories on here are very inspiring and motivational.

So, I have started my JP90 routine and it has been around 30 days or so, I have seen a 0.5cm increase in the first few weeks but this could just be my dormant penis awakening.

Okay so here is my issue, I have a slightly left curved penis (fine with it and don't really want to change the curvature) and due to this, I get better jelqs with my left hand (reverse grip) since it moves well with the curve.

Q1. Is it fine if I only use my left hand for the jelqs?

Adding to this, my penis is kinda veiny and have the fear if I have apply too much pressure the vein may damage because when I jelq now the vein does move around a bit.

Q2. Is the breakage of the vein a valid concern, any workaround for this?

I have read that jelqs need to be 5secs long, but since I have bigger glans than shaft length, I cant get longer time with the strokes. In relation to this, my strokes tend to be a smooth slip than a firm push, mainly because I feel I could possibly damage my penis if I apply too hard a force.

Q3. How to get good jelq time?

Q4. How to work on better grip?

Thank you for the answers in advance and happy jelqing to all!!!

Q1 - I do not see why not. I've read many guys do it only with the right hand. I, too, am curved, and after a while you get used to different grips and odd angles so that you can always get a good grip with either hand.

Q2 - Burst veins are a potential problem. Go slow and easy until the vessels get conditioned.

Q3 & Q4 - Probably just a matter of practice. You'll get used to the motion and how to get the best grip over time. I know I did.

I have some pretty big veins & haven't had any problems but i've also read a lot on the value of not choking tf out of your unit while your jelqing so if you feel like you're doing it too hard, there's room to lighten up. I believe i have read from several people reiterating along the lines of "trust me even if you feel it's kind of light it's really doing something."

For the curve, you can keep using the same hand- but some effort should be made to perform jelqs, etc. in a direction opposite the curve or twist. This should be done for the next few weeks to see if satisfactory changes have been made.

If the above doesn't work, then more concerted means of curvature training should be considered.
