Hey guys, I been wanting to switch my routine schedule froom 3 days on(1+hour routine manual, I think it's not necessary, but my PIs don't get that bad) 1 day off 2 on 1 off, 8 weeks 1 week to 10 days off.
I been wanting to switch my routine to a 6 week on 1 off, and decreasing my stretching time to just 1 hour 1 hour 20 max since Iam a manual practioner. But idk if a 2 on 1 off will benefit me more than a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1off, seems like the 2 on 1 off wouldn't be stressing my dick that much since it max 2 days in a row, my routine is like side fulcrums, A fulcrums and normal straight down stretchs, all this done with a 10 to 15 mins heating and a gell heating pad until it runs out of heat, all done with moderate tension relaxing into the stretch no forcing the stretch.
