  • Advice on best routine schedule.

    Hey guys, I been wanting to switch my routine schedule froom 3 days on(1+hour routine manual, I think it's not necessary, but my PIs don't get that bad) 1 day off 2 on 1 off, 8 weeks 1 week to 10 days off.
    I been wanting to switch my routine to a 6 week on 1 off, and decreasing my stretching time to just 1 hour 1 hour 20 max since Iam a manual practioner. But idk if a 2 on 1 off will benefit me more than a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1off, seems like the 2 on 1 off wouldn't be stressing my dick that much since it max 2 days in a row, my routine is like side fulcrums, A fulcrums and normal straight down stretchs, all this done with a 10 to 15 mins heating and a gell heating pad until it runs out of heat, all done with moderate tension relaxing into the stretch no forcing the stretch.
    Advices appreciated.

    For most advanced routine, a Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri split is optimal. More training frequency isn't necessarily recommended unless conditioning & EQ are very high.

      I think 6 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off is pretty perfect for what I would call a macro-cycle. Within that macro-cycle, you'll have micro-cycles, which are your "3 on, 1 off" divisions. I've played around with different micro-cycle structures, and I haven't noticed a large difference in results.

      The main thing is to pay attention to PIs and really rest when it's time to rest. Quibbling with 3 on 1 off vs 2 on 1 off probably isn't going to make a big difference in the long run, especially if you're well conditioned. I always say, the best PE schedule for you is 1) a plan you can execute consistently over months of time, and 2) a plan that doesn't injure you in the process.

        Iam 7 months in, I will now switch to 2 on 1 and drop my time under tension to under a hour, before my 10 days break, if I see a better Eq improvement I will stay like this, if not I will follow your advice 100%,Iam just afraid of just 4 days a week of training 😅 Ik rest is needed I grow on rest, but Iam still under one year of Pe, and Iam feeling of pushing 5 days a week, thanks for the advice. Fulcrums may seem like advanced but I use a thick fulcrum soo the force isn't really concentrated on a spot, and since I don't really pull hard, and relly on longer sets of 10 mins my intensity per say isn't that big I think. I use them because I have a upward curve and want to target my septum a little bit more and focus on my tunica gains.

          That makes sense to me. I would always recommend taking it slower than you think you should. I'll be interested to see how the fulcrums work for your upward curve over time. I have an upward curve, though it kind of works like a g-spot stimulator :-) That said, the curve has become more pronounced as I've added length, so I'm considering adding some specific exercises to my routine for flattening that out.

            Really? Your curve became more pronounced, I don't really mind my curve, is just that the septum limits my stretching capabilities, If I try to stretch it flacid like randomly I fell that cord inside not allowing me to pull it more if I don't relax.

                It's not like it's more upward than it used to be, I guess, more like it's just extended, which would make sense. My wife actually likes it fine. I just thought I might start doing some A-Stretches just to keep it from getting too crazy ... lol.

                  I will try to bring my A fulcrums to more an equal racio to my side fulcrums, normally it's 3/5side fulcrums, 1/5 straight down, 1/5 A fulcrums, I do them all on the bed by the way 😂
