      Hey , also kinda' new here.
      I've been doing my workout for some time now, here it is:
      (warmup)->
      3-5 rounds of intense directional stretches, 50second stretch ,20 second rests
      10minutes of Kegels
      400 reps of wet jelqs , using vaseline. i quite like this lubricant, stays on , and it does not have any smells , good to work with, just watch your skin , because it's thick.
      5 days of working out , one day-off, increasing the number of reps by a hundred every two weeks
      alternating once i hit a hundred between normal ( straight out forward ok grip jelqs) and my kind of "special jelqs" after a hundred
      i think it's a variation of jelq , probably someone invented it before me: i grab it by the base , and i twist my wrist while holding the ok grip, making the jelq go kind of sideways, aiming to fix my slight curve.
      after i did my reps i warm down.
      Resaults are: after 4 weeks->
      a slight increase in girth ( i don't measure it , but it's a thing that you start to feel for yourself, and erect girth variates on how excited you are, so it's kind of relative [yet])
      and 0.4(cm) in length. do you veterans have any tips on making the stretches more effective flaccid-lengh-wise?
      like something of a suppliment , or a diet thing, or something of that nature?

        Taken from Please Read First:

        "There is no such thing as a 100% risk free exercise. Anytime you train-whether it's jogging, weight training, or penis enlargement, the risk of injury is present. You can best minimize your risk of injury by making sure to ease into training carefully and by respecting the movements being performed.

        "It's HIGHLY recommended you first get a medical check up and seek your physician's approval before you begin this or any other new physical training and/or supplementation regimen! Getting regular medical check ups throughout the course of your training is also recommended and always in your best interests.

        "Should you decide undertake these exercises you agree do so at your own risk, sole responsibility, and of your own free will with full understanding of the above...

        "...For jelqing and stretching type movements begin with less intensity than you'd ordinarily use to masturbate."

          While Al is absolutely correct that one can injure themselves doing just about anything, knowing how to do something correctly is the most important key. Proper form and technique is critical. Then you need to figure out what works best for you. Several days on and then a few off, every other day, etc. Firm jelqing pressure or light. Taking little experimental steps in the beginning will let you learn what works best for you. I use a ton of force when I jelq and have never experienced any king of injury, but others would definitely injure themselves doing what I do.

          As for going to a doctor before starting a jelqing routine to have him/her examine my dick to make sure it is ok to jelq - no freaking way!!!
