  • Is soreness normal?

    Hey guys,
I started my first beginners routing last night that consisted of a warm up with the Bathmate (7 min), 40 Jelqs at 50% erection, Oriental Massage at 50% erection, and a cool down with alternating hot and cold water (6 min). This morning my penis is very sore and sensitive to touch- Is this normal? Should I continue my routine as is or take the next few days off?

A little soreness is normal, especially when first starting or when you switch up your routine. I personally am the overly cautious type and tend to rest until the soreness is gone, especially if its very sore as noted. Make sure to do the bathmate and jelqs at low intensity when first starting out.
    Starting (2/1/21):
    BPEL: 6.25"
    MSEG: 4.5"
    BEG: 4.75" (5/1/21)

    Current (7/1/21)
    BPEL: 7.125" (+ 0.875")
    MSEG: 5.125" (+ 0.625")
    BEG: 4.9375"

    Goal:
    BPEL: 7.5"
    MSEG: 5.5"
    BEG: 5.5"

I typically get a little bit sore after 300 jelqs and 90 v jelqs (JP-90) but only during and a little bit after but nothing that lasts. It could be that you re applying to much pressure when jelqing (I can't speak about Bathmate as I don't use it). With jelqing, you dont need to squueze / strangle your penis, just a nice grip will do fine. Also, make sure you lube yourself up well properly and you aren't jelqing dry because that can hurt

Warm up with heat and stretching... not a pump. Might want to wait until you're a little more conditioned before adding devices. For your cool down, try just using heat.
