    A quick question regarding rest days; I do a 5 on 2 off schedule (with an occasional break day in the middle if my member is nonreactive that day) and I just cant stand not doing anything for the 2 days. I tend to end up doing heli shakes and very light JAI stretches after pisses/in the shower to get fresh blood in there throughout the day.

    I also tend to do an edge session on either one or both of the day. When I edge I go to the PONR multiple times till I get to the one PONR that requires me to hold a kegal for what seems to be 25+seconds; which I usually succeed in stopping ejaculation. This leaves me with a great flaccid hang for the day and a healthy looking flaccid with my two prominent veins on both sides engorged.

    So I guess my question is should I continue with what I am doing on the rest days or do completely nothing for them?

    I do a couple tugs on my pee pee on my days off. Not too much, but a bit. Just to keep the flaccid hanging long, loose and full of juice.

      Sounds good, anti turtling with the shakes and Jai's, and promoting further good circulation and good EQ with the edging.

        hey thanks for the replies
        I plan on sticking with the light JAIs/helis

        so I take it edging is fine on both the days off; or would anyone recommend for at least 1 of the days to not do edging?
        Im not exactly sure if the edging causes too much of work/stress.

          dude edging till you reach ponr multiple times can tire your penis .. this only you ca tell yourself honestly to yourself.. if it does tire avoid and try to give chance to your penis to rest .. Helis and Jais are good to do for any situation but dont go for excess of anything .. rest days are meant for rest so forgetting PE on this days is a better option.
          You can do kegels on any day.. you can try a good kegeling routine on your rest days..
