Any soft and slim version of JP 90 as beginner ?

I would love to try it, but i don't have access to many things including suppliments, foids, and devices...I would love if i can get my hands on these but i can't for now ( living in a country which such things can't be imported )

Please provide me a shorter version, I will stick around and do it for a long time if it doesn't get me injured!

This is going to be direct, but if you haven’t started by now I don’t think you’ll ever start. You’ll go around searching for the perfect routine and be stuck doing nothing in the end. A true paralysis by analysis.

With that being said, hot water and stretching are free and you can go as gentle as you want. If hot water isn’t available, then just do stretching. Don’t over complicate things.

The reason why i couldn't do it all this time:

It's Fear of trying, There are thousands of scary stories of people who lost their penis peemanently, and reason number 2 the fear of getting a dangerous uncurable thing inside your penis, I don't live in a well developed country especially the health side. Docs don't Jackshit in here - They only bought their certificate.

If i was living a great country i wouldn't care - I'll push it to the limite!

With any exercise, there is a risk of injury. If the benefits don’t outweigh the risks in your eyes, then there is no point in doing the exercises. No need to force yourself to do anything you don’t want to do. Also, if you are going to focus on the thousands of injury posts, don’t forget to include the millions of success stories.

Start with JP90, start a log so that we can follow your progress. But just get out there and and tug. You have to begin. Start with one jelq. Then two, then three. Increase it everyday. You don’t have to be forceful at all to see the results. Come back when you gain some experience and you’ll have better questions. Good luck!

Edit: Don’t do JP90. Start doing edging sessions. Start a log. Gradually increase the time of the edging sessions. It’s safe, all-natural, and organic.
