  • 2nd week checkup

    Hey guys, it's great to come back to this site and see everything still up and running. I love how people are very helpfull and friendly. I'd like to touch base and make sure everything is working as intended.

    I'm almost done wiht my second week of JP's 90 day routine. Can't express my gratitude enough for this contribution. Here are some of my concerns.

    1. My BPFSL is slight greater than my BPEL. Is this normal and should I consider this when chosing exercises in the future?

    2. I seem to get GREAT grips with doing Wet Jelqs but not so great when doing V jelqs. When I do Wet Jelqs I'm able to see the glans stay nice dark red throughout multiple grips and I can really feel the pressure building up. However when I do V Jelqs it seems harder to keep the glans under pressure. I suppose practice makes perfect? Or and I just more disposed to Wet Jelqs?

    3. I have very soft skin by nature and around the 4th day of each week I do get a little sore on the surface of the upper shaft. I don't think that this would cause any long term damage as it's not a ligament and the pain subsides if I decrease pressure and continue. Is this ok?

    I plan on getting the supplements sometime soon, maybe that will help with regrowth as well.

    Hey welcome back, buddy! Alright I'll try to answer all of your questions to the best of my ability.
    1. If its .5 or less larger than your erect length then based on Radiohead's TGC theory your tunica is your limiting factor. This basically means you need to do a LOT of stretching, this will make the gains easier.
    2. V-jelqs are rather tricky. Just make sure you have a solid grip and that your curling your fingers as if you were gripping a baseball.
    3. I would say LUBE LUBE and more lube. Or maybe use a bit of lotion with aloe to keep your skin moisturized after each work out session.

        Are there any stretches you recommend for stretching your tunica?

          Sorry this took so long. I JUST discovered the control panel in my profile XD. Yes there are tunica exercises.
          Jon Pop has an exercise called the "tunica tug."(I believe he coined this term) Basically your going to grab your penis like you would normally stretch and then add in your other hand. You're then going to pull your hands away from each other, one towards your body and the other away from it. It should feel like you're stretching the shaft only. You WILL feel a slight burn like you would stretching your arms and such, I would say keep doing it unless it becomes painful. And you CAN over stretch. Keep the time limit to about 30 seconds or less and stretch SLIGHTLY. I had a severe pain at the base of my penis for a couple of days because of overstretching. Just take it easy. This exercise can be very intense even when done carefully.
