  • Begginer question on the jelq

    Hi guys was wondering if any one could tell me if im doing the jelq right? i read on another site that my member should hang and look bigger for a bit after the workout it doesn't.

    im currently doing jp 90 days program im doing fine with the stretches but the jelqs normal and V jelqs im having prob with.Also im having prob maintain 50-60% erection while doing the jelqs does that mean im doing them wrong?

    im doing dry jelqs i dont feel any pain.... but i also dont feel like any blood is being pushed up into my head.Im 5.5in fully erect so im at 4.5 at 50% maybe instead of doing the jelqs with ok grip can anyone suggest a diff grip maybe thats y i feel like im not doin them right maybe im to small. What are indicators that your doing the jelq right? thanks in advance.

    Anywhere from a 30%-70% erection level is ideal for jelqing.

    No pain is GOOD I suggest that you give wet jelq's a try, I find that I get a much better full shaft workout with them. You will also notice the blood movement much more.

    can anyone suggest a diff grip
    I like the overhand OK grip. Palm down, index finger and thumb against the body. I can really dig into the inner shaft with them.

      Loco, one thing that I think gets overlooked by some who have trouble keeping a semi-erection while jelqing is masturbation. If you do that too often, your "horniness factor" will be decreased. Decreased horniness means harder time maintaining an erection or semi one. At least for me, the hornier I am, the easier it is to maintain just about any level or erection I want when PE'ing. I am older than most here, so maybe that factors into it. I mention beating off and not sex because you can reduce the former number without anyone knowing anything about it, but telling your gf or wife who is used to having sex X number of times a week that you are cutting back is a whole different story!!!

      Perhaps try wet jelqing. Get a personal lubricant, apply it liberally, and then keep adding a little water or more lubricant to maintain the smooth film. Wet jelqing feels so good that it alone might help with the erection level. Also, don't do too many in a row of any one kind. Do smaller sets of both regular and v's. If your glans is fairly hard or harder as your jelqing hand reaches it, you have pushed a good supply of blood up your shaft, even if you are not as erect as you want to be.
