  • basic stretch question

    I've done 2 PE workouts so far and I feel like the biggest problem for me is the basic stretch because the gripping. I have no problem jelqing, i really feel the blood expanding and it gives my penis a good workout but the stretch i don't feel very much. the problem is when i grip right beneath my glans, my grip stays just fine but the more i pull to the side, my skin just rolls over the head of my penis. and when my grip is on my skin which is over my penis its really hard to stretch. Is it okay for me to grip the penis halfway down or does anyone have a recommendation on how to prevent this? I also always do my stretch exercise completely flaccid and perhaps getting it 20-30% erect would give the skin less room to expand. The problem is my penis is very small when flaccid and expands a lot when erect, so when it is flaccid the skin is loose. anyone have any ideas on how i can get a better stretch or how/where to grip?

    Try pulling the glans out (stretch the penis) then take another grip on the base of the glans and see how that works. I personally don't line using anything but the base area to stretch.

      A 30% EL or a little less might give you some head swell and allow for a better grip. Try some baby powder aswell, that helps the slipping problem.

        so am i actually to be gripping on my head when i am stretching? or at the very end of the shaft right before the head?

          with jelqing it was stressed to not jelq the head because of how sensitive it is. I guess I'm just confused on exactly where to grip it. I know its a dumb question haha

            Yes, try the baby powder. And no, not grabbing the glans, the area right below it using the ridge of the glans as leverage.

                i dont have a problem stretching it out anymore, but i still just dont feel the stretch very much. where should i feel it at? at the base? i dont know why it just doesnt feel like its stretching out a lol

                  Stretching is weird for me as well. I also have a little extra skin, like I was 75% circumcised or something. I find it best to completely dry off your penis and your hands and stretch the skin back and then grip below the glands using the rim of the head as leverage. I also like to stretch from diff areas along the shaft because I worry that I will stretch one place too much. You can also use the baby powder, I just hate the smell. Wrapping a section of toilet paper around the penis also provides a good grip. Hope this helps.

                      I do a reverse kegal while stretching, otherwise I don't really feel the stretch. Don't know if this is a good idea for starters though. Someone of the more experienced members should correct me on that if necessary.

                        I do a regular kegal for the first 10 seconds of every stretch, habit I guess. May try the reverse kegal.
