I've done 2 PE workouts so far and I feel like the biggest problem for me is the basic stretch because the gripping. I have no problem jelqing, i really feel the blood expanding and it gives my penis a good workout but the stretch i don't feel very much. the problem is when i grip right beneath my glans, my grip stays just fine but the more i pull to the side, my skin just rolls over the head of my penis. and when my grip is on my skin which is over my penis its really hard to stretch. Is it okay for me to grip the penis halfway down or does anyone have a recommendation on how to prevent this? I also always do my stretch exercise completely flaccid and perhaps getting it 20-30% erect would give the skin less room to expand. The problem is my penis is very small when flaccid and expands a lot when erect, so when it is flaccid the skin is loose. anyone have any ideas on how i can get a better stretch or how/where to grip?
