  • Red Spots

Hi guys! Sorry if this had been asked before, but I would just like to ask what you did when you see red spots appear on the glans. I mean, did you stick with your schedule on PE despite having them, or did you wait for it to subside first, then resume? Did they completely vanish?

Prior to having a definite PE schedule (that would be a year ago), I was just jelqing every other day and never experienced these red spots. Now that I am having them, I really don't know what to do, although they appear less clear than they were before. To those who have had ann experience with these red spots, how long would it take for these to diseappear? Thanks!
What I've learned in my previous experiences in losing motivation in fitness and in PE is that I shouldn't think of them as added activities I am required to put extra effort in finishing, but as part of my daily life and I'd be happy to accomplish them.

Pndtloki, around PE forums, these are called "Newbie Spots" They are broken or ruptured Capillaries and they heal very easily on their own. Loosen your grip a bit when Jelqing and in a day or so they will go away. Nothing to get worried about. JP

I wish I could have some, I don't think I ever have, and to this day I worry that I am doing jelqs wrong and wasting my time.
