  • How Long will Gains Last?

I'm still a bit skeptical on keeping gains. If increasing my penis size is sort of like working a muscle, won't it shrink after I stop participating in these exercises? I'm just starting today, and I'm already worrying lol.

PE is long-term. Don't stop PE unless you're definitely sure you cemented your gains. There's a separate routine for cementing gains once you're happy with gains.
    Start 15th July 2009: 5.25" BPEL, 4.5" EG
    15th August 2009: 5.6" BPEL, 4.6" EG
    15th Sep 2009: 5.8" BPEL 4.6" EG

    PE restarted 12th June 2010
    4th July: 5.65" BPEL

What exactly is the routine for cementing gains anyway.
Current goals: Lose weight, ditch porn completely and get in the habit of PE again.

I think it's normally about have of the routine that got you the gains. and probably cutting down the days as well.

You have to "cement your gains". After you reach your goals, it could take 6 months to a 18 months to make your gains permanent. You just slowly taper off your routine, and periodically check your measurements. If you're taking losses, you go back and PE until they return. Rise, repeat until your gains are permanent.

Once you "cement" your gains, they should last forever. However, if you stop kegaling or taking care of your basic penis health, your soft muscle (like the BC, whatever) will slowly start to degrade after the age of 35 making your erections softer. If you maintain it, it seems you can maintain the ability to achieve high quality, super-hard erections even past the age of 60 or 70 (perhaps theres no limit... ask some of our older guys on this forum about that I guess).

Here's a good thread about maintaining gains.
