    Someone please help me out. I don't get the whole edging thing. English isn't my first language so I don't know if I understand it fully. Is it the same as masturbating, (but then why use a lube? I normally masturbate without using a lube) but you quit when you reach the PONR, so you can go on without cumming? Or is it someting else? I think I don't really get the 'stroking' since the translation I get isn't very clear, lol.
    Please correct me!

    Edging in it's simple form is just masturbating, but trying not to ejaculate quickly. There are a number of forms though, from stop /start where you go towards ponr, then stop relax a bit and then start again. Through to forms that have dry orgasm and male multi orgasm. Some forms require particular technique with areas of stimulation etc, others don't.
    All forms are good for stamina increase and some for size increase, all should be fun,enjoy.

      Pegasus thank you for your explanation. I want to edge after my workout, just like PESG did, to see if it helps for size gains. Since all forms are good for stamina gains, which is definitely an other one of my goals, which form do you prefer for size gains after your PE workout? It would be great if I increased both size and stamina, that would be killing two birds with one stone right? (I believe that's the right proverb)

        The first thing for size increase is time, that is to edge long enough.

            edging doesnt necesarilly have to be done after a work out edge when you can and when your penis feels condition- for gains about 20-30 minutes to play it safe and avoid a tired dick i would check out balooning

              Thanks Pretty1. I know it doesn't have to be done after a workout but I want to try edging after a workout to see if it works like it worked for PESG. This also means that edging until ejaculation happens once every 3 workouts.
              Is it okay for your penis to turtle a bit after post-workout edging with ejaculation? Normally turtling is a negative PI right?
              My penis does look more 'vainy' but it doesn't stay as pumped as with workouts without ejaculation.
