    Hello guys im happy that i found this forum... I have been reading here about 1,5 month ago , and im am doing PE since then... And i decided to register so i can be a part of this too ! I would like to ask something about jelq... It seems that i cant jelq with the original technique ( 2 hands) because of the part of the skin from balls to the start of my pennis (i hope u understand what im trying to say ) so i do one hand jelqs... with the other hand just pressing the pennis to the pelvic bone so my skin stays down... Is this way effective too or im doing it for nothing?? Thx in advance , great site !!

    Exactly why do you hold back the skin? Some of my skin is also pushed upwards, but I don't see that as being as problem, at least it has not interfered with my gains and my exercises.

        try overhand ok grip instead of underhand grip= palm facing downwards

                If you don't get sufficient tissue fatigue to cause deformation your results could be nil.

                No warmup increases the risk of injury. So maybe you would have to start with less intensity to be safe-who knows.

                  He may be trying to avoid getting a "turkey neck". Holding extra skin back at the base is recommended for this. Using extra thick lube (like Vaseline) may also help trainees avoid snagging skin.

                    thx for responses , i will try to make my "problem" more clear...i use the palm down ok grip with lubricant , and when i reach the area under the glans , i put my second hand on the base... but there is some skin there connecting with the testicles that is pulled up when jelquing with the second hand and that makes the jelq feel not so effective like the first stroke... i have watched if not all most of the videos here and everyone seems to do that without problem ..

                      I think he's saying that he already has a turkey neck which makes it difficult to jelq. I have this same issue. Turkey neck (extra skin) is the main reason why I have such a disparity between my mid-shaft and base EG (5/6)

                        I sometimes hold the skin back with my free hand.

                          I have a slight turkeyneck so I know exactly your problem. How I counteract that is on my second stroke, I will grab the base with the OK grip and actually jelq downward a bit to get to the extreme base of my cock. This allows me to move the skin down and out of the way from being part of the jelq. I've also found this to give me a much deeper jelq and has been very effective. My head swell when I do that is amazing and stays pretty engorged throughout the entire stroke. One side effect though is increased EQ so I have to take more breaks in order for my erection to subside.
