Hey guys I am new to the forums as well as to PE. I am looking to make small gains to reach a goal. My current non bone pressed length is 6.75-7 on regular days. I am 6-6.3 in girth though depending on where you measure. My problem is that because my girth is big it makes my man look short lol. Im trying to gain some length without sacrificing the girth I already have. My realistic goal is to be 7.5-8 inches. I dont think I really need anymore girth. Im worried though I dont want to lose girth.... I dont know if thats even possible but I dont want to ruin something thats good already. I found some nice beginner guides to follow. Please give me your insight. Sorry for the choppy gramar I am sending this from a phone. lol.

Welcome to the Gym, superthick! Keep following the beginner routines - you should be fine. I wouldn't worry about losing girth as you try to gain length. You starting stats were similar to mine - focus on length and you should be fine.Old Gym Log - Tracking progress with the iLogPE App

Our dicks normally shrink, that is, turtle on their own, if that's what you mean. They always have and they always will. However, in the long term, your dick will turtle less, as you put it, "shrink." But no, our dicks don't shrink. Even old men's dicks don't shrink--that is, if they don't stop using them.

Turtling can best be explained in a couple ways, such as what happens to your dick when you're REALLY scared, or when you're swimming/in cold water usually. It just kinda gets super tense and shrinks up and acts like a turtles head and sometimes your glans gets skin bunched up around it because of your penis tensing up so much. Its nothing really serious..
NP, Woohoo, and 7by11 are all correct also; doing PE will having nothing but a POSITVE effect on your penis size and more importantly penis health. So just don't overwork yourself. Get some basic stretches down to condition your penis and start jelqing. Don't forget a good warm up and warm down aswell. Hope you reach your goals man."Self improvement is masturbation"

I agree- it's a common misconception that stretching will thin out your penis. If you're stretching the tunica/fascia, there should be some incidental girth gains to be had as well.Originally posted by going411by7 View PostThere is no reason to worry.
