    helo there
    i have started PE 1 month ago.my stats was 16,2 cm (6,25') bpel and eg about 14,6 cm (5,75')
    my last measurements is 17,6 cm(6,85') bpel and 15 cm (5,85) eg
    i am not sure if it is all gains or measurement error but i am hapy so far !!
    my routine is
    10 minute shower warm up
    30-60 minutes streching all directions (30 seconds each)
    20 minutes jelging + kegeling
    warm down
    30 minutes balooning
    2 days on 1 off

    but i have also a question
    the past week it seems my unit used to the pe and i feel no intensity.
    i mean after pe i used to feel my unit tired but not any more.any sugestions?

    If the measurements are accurate then that is very impressive gaining for one months work! Well done!

    Your stretching seems a little intense for a beginner and perhaps this is leading to the lack of response from your little friend. You could give it a little break and maybe take a look at JP's routine.

        excellent Gains, can you tell me what kind of stretching you are doing for 30-60 minutes? I wish I can gain something

          my stretches are the basic all directions.up, down, straight ,left, right about 30 seconds each
          i am not counting reps.with enough intencity to feel the stretch but not to feel pain

                  Fantastic Gains!
                  I would stick with the same routine for at least 90 days, it is more about conditioning your unit during the beginning stages of PE, the growth will come if you keep practicing PE.

                  How is your EQ? (Erection quality) Are you having erections in the morning and/or in the evening? Has your unit been harder or at about the same level of hardness as usual? If your erection quality is good that's a good thing. Pay attention to how your unit is feeling. Maybe like others have suggested, take a few days off like you would with any kind of workout and let the muscles and things repair themselves.

                  Make sure you measure with the same ruler, in the same position (sitting, standing, laying) and with Girth measure in the same spot, some members measure in multiple spots, but stay consistent.

                        my eq is hard rock as always and even better.
                        the first 2 weeks immediately after pe it was difficult to have 100 % erection but in the morning was like steel!!

                        also sex is better.i feel it bigger and harder during sex and feel like having better control. although some times
                        i have a burning sensation to my keggels.

                            I bet he listens to some good music or sings in the shower while stretching That is dedication! This is a great story. Good work ianos. The burning sensation may be your pelvic floor muscles being sore. Think about working out your biceps a lot one day, and the next day they hurt, well the same could be happening with the muscles you use to kegel. Do you kegel every day? Its recommened you kegel every other say. Perhaps you should take maybe 4-7 days off of kegeling to let those muscles heal.

                              i never get bored because i see gains.
                              i could do it all day long

                              i prefer stetching while sitting because i feel it working better
